City ranked high up in a survey by Sky Sports for the number of tickets each club sold last season relative to their official capacity. Manchester United, West Ham, Tottenham and Liverpool were ranked just above City in the table. Norwich sold the highest percentage of their capacity outside of the Premier League (96.88) The survey analysed the official number of tickets sold for each game, compared the stadium capacities of all 92 clubs in England's top four tiers. TheSomersetFox Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 we'd have been top if it wasn't for QPR's pathetic effort on their big relegation party

Fox92 Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 we'd have been top if it wasn't for QPR's pathetic effort on their big relegation party They were already relegated, club in a mess and most of the players don't seem to care. Credit to those who came up.
RedSoxUK Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 Comparison to a well supported non-PL side i imagine.
purpleronnie Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 It would interesting to see how many fans actually turned up to the games at chelse/arsenal/utd compared to us. I bet our percentage was much higher.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 Being rated eight all the way from league two to the premier league is very good. I'm sure last season our attendances at The King Power didn't drop below 30,000.

jimmeh Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 The capacity isn't even 32,500. It used to be but it's impossible now
Foxes1 Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 Apart from us and Swansea all the other clubs in the top 8 rely on day trippers turning up.
Dynamogoon Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 Coventry. Haha, hate em. So funny. Think they still bang on about winning the FA cup as well. Wasps have taken over their stadium now anyway
goose2010 Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 doesnt surprise me that Villa are bottom of the premier league figures, will be even less this season.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 Well if they actually had our capacity correct... They've done that so we're not ahead of Man Utd. F*** those guys
Basingstoke Fox Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 So it should've been in all fairness. Our first season of top flight football in 10 years. It'll be interesting to see how this looks for the next couple of years.
Carl the Llama Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 The capacity isn't even 32,500. It used to be but it's impossible now Well if they actually had our capacity correct... They've done that so we're not ahead of Man Utd. F*** those guys 31693(avg att.) divided by 32262 (max. capacity), times 100 = 98.24% We'd be 8th regardless.
thybluefox Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 Man City in 15th, but still expanding their stadium.
Kitchandro Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 Official attendances aren't necessarily accurate and the figure 32,500 is a bit misleading anyway - it may be the official capacity but when full our attendance is around 32,000.
Stevosevic Posted 17 July 2015 Posted 17 July 2015 So it should've been in all fairness. Our first season of top flight football in 10 years. It'll be interesting to see how this looks for the next couple of years. As long as season tickets remain sold out at 23K it will be full every week, It only leaves 5.5k for people buying tickets.
dylanlegend Posted 6 September 2015 Posted 6 September 2015 Is there even 49,000 Sunderland fans that exist?
Carl the Llama Posted 7 September 2015 Posted 7 September 2015 Forgot about this list. @ Coventry & the Dongs.
