I really feel sorry for him. I feel he has done more and offer more than dw. Not sure inler deserves the chance, Kante has done more to prove himself and should have been the one to get the nod if needs be. Risky bench also with only Simpson as defensive cover. I hope wes or Huth don't get injured. Having said all of that, it seems negative, i am kot meaning to be. Just a little frusting to see players who got us here do well, to then be dropped and replaced with players who havent really shone yet. Good stong side though and I think we will win this one. Experience of inler in the middle should hopefully see us a little more disciplined in positioning across the pitch I suppose.

You got a bit confused? He's not beter at RDL at defending, he's not better at RDL at attacking, he can't cover CB like RDL. He's a sub-par backup tp an already sub-par player in our weakest position.

Simpson as our only defensive option is worrying. A back 4 of Simpson-RDL-Huth/Wes-Schlupp is not convincing if Huth or Wes gets injured. Yeah I agree, was just pointing out that we still have cover no matter how shit
