Gerard Posted 16 October 2015 Posted 16 October 2015 We're still at a level when an away draw anywhere in this league is still a decent result for us. Southampton are a level above the lesser sides in this division so I'll be happy with anything but a loss. It's not beyond us to win there but Southampton will be disappointed if they don't beat us. I think we'll lose by a one goal margin but this team continues to surprise so who knows?
steveherbe Posted 16 October 2015 Posted 16 October 2015 Varsity bar it is then, will be upstairs with the Blue For You flag on display, see you there.

TJB-fox Posted 16 October 2015 Posted 16 October 2015 Don't worry mate we will win, iv just slashed your tyres. You'll have to somehow stop the train mate!!
tomlcfc01 Posted 16 October 2015 Posted 16 October 2015 You'll have to somehow stop the train mate!!Hijack it!
Merging Cultures Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 I think Schlupp and Mahrez will be on the bench for this, and I think it's time Ulloa got a start. I think the team will be: Kasper Simpson - Huth - Morgan - Fuchs Albrighton - DD - Kante - Dyer Vardy - Ulloa
NewquayFox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Just about to set off from sunny Newquay for this one, whatever team Ranieri puts out it will be entertaining..... Up the City.....
Frank to be Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Looking forward to this, should be a good game against a side who we may now legitimately consider a rival despite them finishing 7th last season. They had a dodgy start but have had good wins over Swansea and Chelsea lately and only narrowly lost out to Man Utd. Expecting a tough game against one of the division's better teams but a good performance here, even if we lose, will solidify our claims to being a decent mid table side this year. I'd go for RDL Huth Morgan Fuchs Mahrez Kante Drinkwater Schlupp Okazaki Vardy I can see us surrendering possession almost entirely so we'll want maximum pace on the break and are less likely to be getting so many crosses in, hence Albrighton and Ulloa stay in the bench but can come on if we need to change things up.
st albans fox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 3-5-2 was essential last spring in keeping them out. They had so much possession and their full backs wanted to get forward all the time. Worrying about albrighton and Jeff kept them on the back foot a bit. can definitely see Claudio sticking with the Norwich line up. Simpson and Fuchs a more defensively minded pairing although I think with them having the ball for 65% +, they will pick ways around two banks of 4. Relying on the manager to get this right tactically or it could be very difficult come 5 'o clock.
Fox seen in Norwich Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Kasper Benny Morgan Huth Fuchs Albrighton Kante Drinks Schlupp Okazaki Vardy 4 big lads at the back. Pelle will attach himself to Schlupp, Simpson or RDL if either play full back. Fuchs looked good against Norwich and I'd like to see Benny given a start.
foxfanazer Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Think we'll probably be beaten today. Just hope Foxestalk doesn't go into meltdown if we do. If we can start well we'll have a chance but just don't trust us at the back still
Callabinho Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 A point would be a fantastic result. However this could be Another Arsenal, I do fear for us when we come up against competent attacking teams, we simply can't defend and I doubt out "we will score more than you" will help today. I would like to see a clean sheet, just to prove we can defend....a little.
VLC86 Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 3-1 Saints That mean you think Shinji will score?
VLC86 Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Plastics predict Leicester defeats. This years Paul the Octopus?

Fridgechef Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 2-0 Leicester. Vardy and Dyer to score. Both goals will come in second half.
FLAN Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 I'm in Poole for weekend and heading to the game with my son. Hoping for a high scoring draw. Reality says a narrow loss
Guest Mee-9 Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Tough away game. Definitely a game for Ulloa today.
