TheMightySystem Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Strange the lack of striker on the bench I guess if need be Okazaki can be moved up front and Mahrez can come into the hole? Agree strange one though
Harry - LCFC Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Schmeichel, Simpson, Huth, Morgan, Fuchs, Albrighton, Kanté, Drinkwater, Schlupp, Vardy, Okazaki. Just wait until they write it down. Those pictures they post are so unhelpful. Has Mahrez fingerbanged Claudio's cat? Played poorly against Arsenal then Schlupp came in and did well against Norwich. I think I'd still pick him but there's really nothing that outrageous about this decision.
whoareyaaa Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Think he is setting out for the draw, no Kram or Ulloa is pretty strange!
peterborofox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 First eleven not too bad as same as Norwich game. Subs little strange without one stroker though
foxfanazer Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Okazaki is blatantly the King power poster boy
The Quick Brown Fox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 I think we will struggle with that, looks a defensive set up. CR really wants to take the boys out for pizza.
FireFox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Krama just isn't good enough to get on the bench, so alright, but no Ulloa?! Surely he must have took a knock or something to be left out?
Fox in the North Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Strong starting 11 with mahrez & dyer to come on late with pace. Fancy a draw at least. Come on Leicester!!!
Stevosevic Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 No striker on a 7 man bench? Must be a first?
Facecloth Posted 17 October 2015 Author Posted 17 October 2015 What's happen to Stekelenberg in goal for them? That's a big boost for us if their having to start Davis.
Bryn Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Think we play better without Mahrez away from home, I think the out and out wingers benefit the counter attacking play. Great player to have on the bench.
Devonfox1884 Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Is there really any need for both Ben and De Laet on the bench? Ulloa for De Laet and we'd have had a well balanced bench.
Nalis Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 They'll miss Long. Hope Ranieri knows more than we do re: lack of strikers on the bench.
Merging Cultures Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 So, I was only out by Oka for Ulloa. I should be manager CR is trying to get a clean sheet, and despite him saying he doesn't mind conceding as long as we win, the lack of striker in the bench shouts 'defend'! I am disappointed that Ulloa didn't make the bench. His height and heading is a good defensive tool at set pieces.
Facecloth Posted 17 October 2015 Author Posted 17 October 2015 Krama just isn't good enough to get on the bench, so alright, but no Ulloa?! Surely he must have took a knock or something to be left out? He's good enough if Ulloa is out though, he's not that shit. You can't not have a striker on the bench, even if it a youth team one. Odd decision.
AjcW Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Pretty sure Claudio made it quite clear Mahrez was injured after international and wouldn't start. Everyone miss that??
Guest LCFC_World Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Why is Okazaki starting every week? Did the owners tell Pearson that he needs to play most matches and he didn't agree with that? Difference in perspective.. Makes you wonder... but that doesn't matter right now
