Dodoo to Bury 1 month

Exciting Leicester City forward Joe Dodoo has signed a one-month loan deal with Sky Bet League 1 outfit Bury. 
 
Dodoo returns to Gigg Lane having scored a memorable hat-trick on his Leicester City debut against the Shakers in the 4-1 Capital One Cup Second Round win back in August. 
 
Dodoo’s success for the Foxes at first team level continued against West Ham United in the following round as he netted on his first appearance at King Power Stadium in a 2-1 victory. 
 
This season has also seen the lively winger make his Barclays Premier League debut as a substitute away at AFC Bournemouth as well as impressing for the Development Squad – he scored a double in the 2-1 Premier League International Cup victory over Norwich City in October. 
 
Dodoo will now hope to help David Flitcroft’s outfit continue their impressive start to the season as they take on League 1 new boys Burton Albion at Gigg Lane on Saturday 21 November. 
 
Bury head into the clash against high-flying Burton occupying sixth position in the table and have lost just four times in League 1 this season.

good that he's gone to league 1, will toughen him up. at this point, actually think playing in league 1 for half a season is better than championship, just because i also dont think hes ready for championship

Good luck to him, will make or break the lad I think. 

 

He's been told a number of times by coaches that he needs to be more aggressive but just doesn't seem to have it in him. 

 

Hopefully he can find it playing actual football, and not just youth games.

Bury fans impressed

 

Think we'll have some fun over the next few weeks watching this lad he was brilliant today

 

Worked very hard and looked lively in that first half. Importantly too, he looked confident.That drag of the ball to dribble around their full back was something I've not seen before!

Bury remain in the League One play-off places after a first-half own goal settled their meeting with fellow promotion challengers Burton Albion.

The only goal of the game came when Leicester City loan striker Joe Dodoo's low cross looped inside the far post off Jerome Binnom-Williams

Sounds like he's challenging Okazaki for goal of the season.

found some highlights, only a handful of Dodoo's but his highlights were awesome. 

 

I love the "YE-oohhhhhh" when he does that bit of skill and crosses it in.

Since he wasn't on the bench for the FA cup, although neither was Kram, I wonder if he's going loan again. If he does get the nod above kram I could see kram leaving sharpish.
