I actually wouldn't be that unhappy if we got gayle he can finish and he plays very similar to vardy. And he would would be that nobody obviously.

Gayle is making sense to me. Enough energy to replace Vardy or Okasaki if needed and great impact sub to add more pace to the game late on. Isn't prolific but who have we been linked to that is guaranteed to bang them in from day 1? All these overseas players are a massive gamble in terms of immediate acclimatisation to the pace of the league. I see Gayle as a stop gap to help us over the line so imagine it would be a loan
