Morata. .. surely not?!?

Loan move might be possible to be fair.

He's out of favour at Juve because Dybala is the man but they're not likely to want to sell him as he's got a massive future.

Mandzukic is getting on a bit and won't last forever, Morata is a natural replacement but they don't want him sitting on the bench stunting his progress.

He comes here, plays for a club that are high in confidence and form where he'll almost certainly grab a few goals and maybe he helps a team they'd fancy beating qualify for the CL next year instead of a club with more pulling power like United or Klopp's Liverpool who could well buy world class squads over the summer, including targeting Juve's own big names.

Obviously if he signed a new contract a month ago and Leicester are looking for a long-term deal, it's a non-starter. If either of those facts is wrong, it's perfectly possible that he'll come. It's an ambitious one, though. I hope we don't aim too high again and end up with nobody, because we're stuffed if we do.

Why isn't he playing/available for a loan?

They've signed Paulo Dybala from Palermo who's being billed as the next mega talent from Argentina (Messi/Aguero levels of hype) and he's been having an okay season so far. Keeping Morata out.

I'd say he's having more than just an 'okay' season so far. 20 games with 12 goals and 7 assists is very good for a young new signing. Contributed to nearly a goal a game!
