SystonFox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Anyone else clock the two large flags in the east stand? The one for Vichais birthday surely got binned after so what's the second one that was draped over the seats? Then Now Forever And We Are DILLY DING DILLY DONG
biggs Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Ranieri is a masterclass and I love that he's ours....go get the title
Ric Flair Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 That from Ranieri today has shifted the mindset for everyone. We can shower the players with praise with what they've done this season but this man is absolute CLASS.
Spudulike Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 "We will try to win the title with all our strength, heart, soul". http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/36112383 ... and we are with you, Claudio !!!!!!!!
st albans fox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 I wonder why Claudio has chosen today to go from 'we try and win our next game and see where that takes us' to 'we're going for the title' clearly he is peddling the story that having achieved champions league, there is only the title left to aim for so we may as well drop the charade. I hope it's that and not that he detects the players really feeling the nerves so he's attempting to lighten the mood and change the focus.
WesMorganGod Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Come on you Foxes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are nearly there
WesMorganGod Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Hey guys can you help me please, can someone post or give me the link to the full BBC interview with Ranieri please?. I been searching but can't find it, only the short 40 second clip. Thanks
sylofox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Why do people care what the spuds manager say's. All I care is what we do.
Pasty1 Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Remember when we took Man City apart and Vardy didn't score??? We're gonna do this!!! Claudio is managing the team and this new situation as there are only 4 games to go.... He can hardly state that we're not thinking about being Champions now....... Let Spurs beat West Brom 5-0 & Chelsea...... We can even beat Man U - as we did Man City, we will beat Swansea.....

Rincewind Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Jumping the gun isn't he? Thought he'd wait until 2 games to go 7 points ahead.

It's not Vardy's goals that we'll miss it's his all round pressing game high up the pitch that is integral to how we play as a team!.
Benji Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Not a lot else he can say when it's only a two horse race. "We're aiming for second from two..."
Rincewind Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Put Mahrez just behind the front two and let him run riot.
STUHILL Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Put Mahrez just behind the front two and let him run riot. Would like to see Mahrez given the freedom of the pitch for this one. We will need him to have his best game and lately I think he has stuck to the RW and has been easily doubled up on and not been able to create any magic. If he can switch to LW or more central positions to pick up the ball then I think he can unlock defences a lot easier. This of course relies on Kante or Drinkwater helping out Simpson on the right but we have to win these games and without Vardy, we need someone like Mahrez to see as much as the ball as possible.
HighPeakFox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 I think CR has done a number on everyone here - setting a 4 game mini-season up, focus the minds, set the target, get the job done. I hope.
nnfox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 The guy is pure class. A great football tactician but above and beyond that, a truly inspirational leader of men. I would run through brick walls for this guy and I only see snippets of him. The players must feel invincible being with him every day. We can do this. COME ON LEICESTER!!!!
fuchsntf Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 Jumping the gun isn't he? Thought he'd wait until 2 games to go 7 points ahead. Its called having the balls, but knowing hey, I have come in and done more than my job specifications and expectations for this season. His thoughts Shouting out you laughed, you doubted me, hey I have just got this team, into my way of thinking and more than you credited me and my players were capable of. THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE...Whos jealous spitefull and laughing now, eat some humble pie, you nerds. Oh he didnt really say we would win the league, he said now we can win it , its the LAST target, no hiding place, but he believes its ours, plus if Spurs did beat us to it, then well done to them. Neither him, the team, nor the fans, will leave with egg on their faces, we are the success and true achievers, the only storymakers of this season. Whatever...we cant lose no matter how it ends no matter how the media, might try to make their careers off our backs and construe the story. Spurs winning the title would be a great achievement, but our 2nd place would outshine it.!! With this ending in a 2 horse race, its still Spurs who should of made the pace.
KP Fox Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 I wish Claudio was my grandad I am just happy with him being my Godfather.
nobby.bk Posted 22 April 2016 Posted 22 April 2016 fuchsntf...Very well put. Totally agree with you. Whatever the final outcome, this has been a great season for LCFC. The achievement of the Foxes will give inspiration for other small teams and people to fight against overwhelming odds. CR has performed exceedingly well, above all expectations. Still, he never taken the contribution of the players and fans for granted, always praising the players and fans contribution for the current success. He's a good man.

Foxxed Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 I think this was the right time to say it. Everyone will need to put in some extra effort with the suspension. This should focus their minds on each match and the importance of such even more.
gdl9050 Posted 23 April 2016 Posted 23 April 2016 I don't think he would have done this if we had won the last game or if Vardy wasn't out. Think he believes we just need a little push now
