Claudio Gets a Surprise

One journalist had his laptop covered in it. He couldn't get it working again!

Most journalists laptops aren't working as the letter keys "S","P","U" and "R" are all worn out.

To be fair the journalist in question is a Leicester fan, writes for the Indy.

Oops, sorry, in that case "V" for Vardy and Victory was probably on its last legs!

I'm sure Ranieri will have spoken to Fuchs if he didn't approve of it and I'm sure it will have already been forgotten.

It didn't need some thousand word article writing about, that's for sure. Even after we've won it journalists are still looking for bones to pick - get a fuching life...

Martin Samuel, who is pretty decent, not impressed.

I have to agree, it was quite misjudged and ill advised.

Maybe, but Kasper and Fuchs are into their American football and its tradition to dowse the coach when winning the Super Bowl.

Think that might have been lost on Samuels

He should have buried his head in the sand like an ostrich. Then his laptop wouldn't be broken. :)

In all fairness they should expect that sort of celebration. I'm sure his laptop is insured.

Sums up this squad and the manager this season. They are just very happy. Fuchs must be magic to have around.

It's also a tradition in the Bundesliga to pour beer over the winning coach. I have always found it rather repulsive and I can imagine that Claudio Ranieri as an elegant Italian does not really find it amusing to throw food and drink around. I can recall Guardiola not looking too happy when it happened to him at Bayern.

He might have a point, but it's basically a whinge on journalists' behalf rather than some point of respect (or otherwise) towards Ranieri. In other words, for me it's sanctimonious b**llocks.

Images have emerged of Fuchs weekend at Ranieri's lake house in Italy. He's not been seen since.

I';m 4 years older than Claudio, and certainly wouldn't object to a pint or 3 of Stella being poured all over my throat :P

Don't get me wrong I love fuchs but can't help feeling his antics are increasingly cringey of late. Calling out Gary on the pants thing post match for example

Definitely. He's taken on this role of thinking he's the king of all things banter. By saying #nofuchsgiven gives him a license to act like a complete bellend.

Yes sometimes its a bit cringy but I would rather have a player who likes to have a laugh then one who is dead serious and boring all the time. Players have come out and said how great his personality is and how great he is in the dressing room. Its just a part of his personality and its probably personalities like his that have helped pick us up after low points in the season such as the Arsenal defeats and when Tottenham where "coming for us" towards the end of the season.
