She has now got on to the Seetickets website and it is saying it does not recognise her membership number. Any idea what to do. I'm a season ticket holder and it was all pretty plain sailing getting my ticket a few weeks ago.

I seen someone say that see tickets are updating the website hourly so maybe the membership number ain't been added yet

They were advertised as being able to purchase from 9am the following day but some people have had theirs recognised the same day so that's sort of gone out the window

Helpful girl on seetickets said try tommorow as they get updated overnight. She said quite a few tickets left so quite likely to get some.

It is the number on your season ticket or membership card. I have 2 STs but two sons so need a third ticket, hence the silver membership.

I purchased a silver fox membership earlier online and have not yet received a membership number? The only thing I have recieved is a receipt of purchase. I am probably just being extremely thick!
