Why couldn't Giroud keep his big mouth shut?

Still disrespectful towards Spurs saying it on live tv.

Jose, Fergie and the bunch did that every week, they didn't talk of transfers though because they weren't complete bell pieces.

As if it means anything, all you lot passing comments on what players should and shouldnt say.

3 weeks ago Vardy said why would you leave Leicester blah blah blah

Stop nitpicking over every word players say and grow up.

It was very stange, I don't think i've even seen a player, manager or anyone involved with a football club speak so candidly about an in-coming player before it's actually happened.

Very unprofessional imo.

Unprofessional and possibly some sort of tapping up

... no tapping up ... no conspiracies .. just plain playing the rumour mill, and who can blame him ... he's heard a snippet, seen some goings on or even bumped into Vard's going into the place ... and being a typical media hype loving primo he knows he will get his face in the media .... No such thing as bad publicity!

And really ... If Vardy wants to leave Leicester for the 'gooners' (more like past history 'goners') well good for him, thanks for the memories ... Now move on and let the club continue to grow, because the owners and Claudio have vocalised that they're bigger than any single player and the clubs 'togetherness' is what counts ... a replacement will come in and we'll support the new number 9 as necessary (personally I hope Jamie stays ... but if he leaves, boo hoo ... my life doesn't change, just who I watch week in week out for pleasure!!!) ... Top of the board message is ... Leicester City FC will still remain as Leicester a City FC ... We that support and love Leicester Coty FC will continue to do so ... nothing changes really ....?

Footballers TV talk is not the same as the real world. If it was they would not broadcast it. If you want the truth, TV ain't the place to seek it.

Agree, show the lack of class at Arsenal, making comments like that about another clubs player, before he's even signed.

Just shows what smug, arrogant ***** they are, and if vardy does go there, good luck with those big time Charlie's, because he will need it.

Looks like that fella off x factor who now presents big brother.

Haha, had no idea who Rylan was till i looked this up but he's the spitting image.

Whether or not what she says is true, she's such an attention whore, hate her to bits

What has she done for you to hate her so much? Marry someone famous? Footballers not allowed to be happy now?

If those who hate her for posting tonnes of innocuous messages on social media respond with lots of offensive social media messages aimed at her, then there's something not quite right. And if people feel that she is likely to sway Vardy's decision, then choosing to abuse her doesn't seem to make any sense either. To respond to her complaining that she's had enough of said abuse by abusing her even more is just surreal. After all, if she does have any sway in a matter which we want deciding in our favour, then it's hardly the way of going about it.

There are lots of people I don't especially like, and plenty more whom I don't know but, equally, suspect I don't like. But I don't tell them or publish it on the internet - either because I might be wrong, or because it's not in my or anyone else's best interests to tell them. It seems like a simple, logical rule of thumb which we would do well to follow right now.

Giroud and Wilshere, on the other hand...!

Excuse me..dont taint the whole of LCFC with some stupid remarks made by some dipsticks.

If you had noticed there were 240k people at the celebrations. We take ca 32k going through the

gate this last season.

So 20 upset you.Or lets say 200 for arguments sake carry same neanderthal thoughts.

Dont fall into a diva roll of blaming the whole of Leicester, and start blaming our county

for vicious thoughts, while wiping your feverous brow with anguish.

If your man decides to leave or stay , with or without your input, dont let that descision

be persuaded by silly not well thought out beliefs.

Maybe to your suprise, I actually do believe you should have input to your new mans life,

and no matter how this falls, I wish both of you a good future together.

I have no facebook only encourages idiots, and creates opinions based on misinterpretation.

Numpties abusing her on social media. Whether they're Leicester fans or Arsenal fans, doesn't matter.

She has to know it comes with the territory though. Would be ridiculous if this sways Vardy to leave.

The abuse will only get worse with hordes of Arsenal supporters on their backs if Vardy flops.

I was just saying that to my wife (seems really strange to type that out...) - a WAG that doesn't like social media bashing (maybe) moves to Arsenal? Lolol.  (I hope her orange juice didn't completely mess up the carpet ;) )   Still, it could be worse...????

No it isn't. They are completely different.

Saying you want us to win the league, when you still have to play us both, is pretty unprofessional.

Players come out in the press and try to encourage transfers all the time, if we'd of rejected the bid yes it would be unprofessional as it would be putting pressure on the club to sell a want away player, as it is bit of a back handed thing to do but hardly the end of the world, I imagine the opinions of Oliver Giroud are not high up the list of things influencing Jamie vardys decision, and it is his decision alone now.
