Jace Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 My love is unconditional, only a plastic could dislike him after what he's done for us.
goose2010 Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 for all we know nothing has happened apart from a bid that matches JV's release clause from Arsenal and he has decided to stay with Leicester. The rest is just twitter and the papers so yes why wouldn't any Leicester fan still love him. If he was to leave he will still and always be a legend in my eyes, the guy is apart of our best team EVER.
davieG Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 Tonight you're mine completelyYou give your love so sweetlyTonight the light of love is in your eyesBut will you love me tomorrow? Is this a lasting treasureOr just a moment's pleasure? Can I believe the magic of your sighs? Will you still love me tomorrow? Tonight with words unspokenYou say that I'm the only oneBut will my heart be brokenWhen the night meets the morning sun? I'd like to know that your loveIs love I can be sure ofSo tell me now, and I won't ask againWill you still love me tomorrow? Will you still love me tomorrow? Finnaldo Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 Feel slightly let down but his achievements far outshine a move to Arsenal. Feel he'll stay and I'll forget this whole thing happened, we'll likely to not find out what happened until the biography anyway.

fuchsntf Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 Not one fan on this site, has the right, to think ill of a player who decides firstly to think over his future, 2nd dream about his future, and 3rdly makes descisions over that future. Whether he he remains or Lexits, its his descision. His performances this season past put him in the legend status, he was a major part and reason for us doing the incredible by winning the PL title. For that I have nothing but total admiration and respect for the guy, and gratefull that fate, put him, the other top players in the team, Ranieri, not forgetting the backing players, and good ol' king Richard together. Dont forget we all have the right to make our descisions in life, dont become little dictators, by denying any of our players that same right. Vardy wont and doesnt realise if he decides to stay how gratefull/thankfull majority of the footballing world would be, for all reasons, tangents, offsets and positive opinions that it would bring... He decides Arsenal is his future shame, but he will remain positively in my memories, but hope his future endeavours fail when facing and competing against the foxes. Any hate or machostyle vindictive response will be wrong, or you will allbe denying yourselves the right to dream, and turn your back on opportunities...
MPH Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 My love is unconditional, only a plastic could dislike him after what he's done for us. Why has there to be either love or dislike? Why cant their be anything inbetween?

Not wrong for people to be annoyed at that...
Kitchandro Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 Deary me. Have you seen some of the things said on the Transfer thread?
fuchsntf Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 He only signed a new contract 3 months ago. Not wrong for people to be annoyed at that... So people cant change their minds...Time passed in footballing contracts either way has no precedents of right of expectation. Look how easy minority of our dipstick fans want to play the hate card..
m4DD0gg Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 Not really pure greed, what i will find hilarious is Arsenal fans haha
stox259 Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 I will always think the world of every member of our title winning team no matter where they go or what they do in the future. Never have I seen a group of players give so much physical and mental effort to my football club to achieve the most unbelievable of feats and win the Premier League. Of course I hope they continue to play and grow with Leicester but if anyone leaves for any reason they will always be heros in my eyes. What they did last season was incredible and for me they dont owe me a thing. I am grateful for the lifetime of memories they have given me. The way I look at it is, what would have been better finishing 17th and keeping Vardy, Mahrez, Kante etc or winnning the league and potentially players leaving?
Guest Col city fan Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 People have to get over this thing about hating players if they leave the club to join any other club. It's so immature. If Vardy stays, then great..we'll see him play the explosive game he's so good at. But if he goes he'll remain one of my favourite ever City players, for the good he's done the club and being a major part in us lifting our first ever top flight title. He'll do what's best for him and so would I. In fact, so would most people if they choose not to come out with hypocritical bollox.

Succinctly put and as a long standing fan....this last season will not be forgotten by 3 generations of fans in our family and I will always applaud any of those involved should they leave and return as opposition to our great club....... Having watched the club for over 40 years and seen some of the mercenaries over the years between 2000 and 2011 who could not and did not give a damn I am very thankful to have seen this team and I think that his may only be the start with our owners but if its not I for one will remember this season forever.......
Thracian Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 Vardy will doubtless believe his own publicity and cash in on it as he sees fit. He's helped make history for us - and us for him - so good luck to him whatever he decides. That said I am quite sure we can find an equally effective centre-forward and adapt once again. Me managerially? I'd cash him in and go again. I don't think he's worth the outlay or the impact on wages.

If it means Kante and Mahrez stay then pay him If the are going then let Vardy go as well and we go again fresh In Walsh and Claudio we trust
erlee Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 Would people still love him if he stays, even? NOT AS MUCH... maybe not even a little
erlee Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 He only signed a new contract 3 months ago. Not wrong for people to be annoyed at that... exactly....but blame the person in charged at LCFC who did that deal - u gotta ask "What the heck for?????"
davieG Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 Arsenal fans not impressed with delay not a lot of loving from them http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/topic/107134-would-we-still-love-him-jamie-vardy/page-2#entry3913256
EGBFitness Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 If he leaves at the moment then probably not. Money aside he has no reason to want to move to another English club. However much the word 'big club' has been branded about, we are champions of the premier league (once again taking money aside) we are the biggest and the best club in the country. Yes he has been a good servant but he has also been served very well by the club and the supporters through some difficult seasons and giving him the opportunity which others wasn't willing too. He is playing in champions league, in a team based around him, regular with the national team and the champions of England. Players that have left in the past have been understandable due to club not matching their ambition, finance or relegation - this quite clearly is now a very stable and ambitious club. I won't hate him as his achievements cannot be forgotten but I will certainly not consider him as an LCFC great for turning his back so quickly and so unimaginable.
Rincewind Posted 7 June 2016 Posted 7 June 2016 Still no decision? If he truly wanted to go he would have signed for them so he must be considering what the fans and team mates are saying.
