We know that kantes game worked for us.  I am sure the positives of kantes game were understood and our coaches will be defining such a role for others like amarty and mendy.... and they will bring their own strengths too.  The pl takes time.... even kante needed time. I believe mendy and armarty can be of great service. ... dont give up on them

I have faith that Mendy will come good, so this isn't about replacing him completely, it's about adding strength in depth.

 

We're a week away from the end of this summer transfer window and things could still happen on the loan or permanent deal front, which would see us exposed in the central midfield position rather quickly.

 

I like the shout of Kirchhoff, but I highly doubt Sunderland would let him go now.

I think he would be ideal, from what i have seen of him i think he can do a job in number of postions but with all his attributes he is most suited to DM so why night give the lad a run.

I think so, but from what we've seen so far this season, King has been the guy Claudio has turned to. I hope Amartey is given a chance.

He looks impressionable to me. Learns like a sponge. Sit him down and show him an all action video of Kante, just before the game. Then whisper in his ear, just before the match "Run. Chase. You're a machine. Go get them" and we're sorted.

Is Ranieri waiting for the league cup to give him a full 90 min before he trust him with a prem start.He seemed to do that with Kante.

Don't judge me.. But isn't Tomáš Rosický available on a free? Wouldn't mind giving him a short term contract, especially with all the games we have this season. 

 

Premier league experience and and champikns league experience.

Has anyone heard that Mendy will miss ANY games with his injury? or are these 6 pages just panic mode, can't possibly have formed a meaningful opinion in the short time he's played for us.
