Mine works fine. Feels a nice device in hand, does get a little warm on the back, dock HDMI lead isn't particularly long. I've got TotK, Splatoon 3, Mario Wonder, Mario Kart World and Hotline Miami Collection. First time owner of any Switch.

Yes I believe it comes with the camera, Mario kart, 50 voucher and 2 year Nintendo membership. Hope you enjoy the switch 2. I love my switch.

MicroSD express cards only was a nice surprise. Granted this one has enough room to hold a lot more games, but that threw my daughter off when she was setting hers off last night. 

The virtual card thing has also buggered up that trick where you can have 2 accounts share the same games.

Haha, Wind Waker to me is what Breath of the Wild is to you :D

 

I find WW to be one of the most tedious Zelda games ever. Some of the dungeons are good but everything around it is so dull imo. I think it's part of the reason why I love Twilight Princess so much. For me, that game is everything Wind Waker isn't.

Funny how Zelda lovers can have such different tastes haha. Though Twilight Princess is the best for me

So far, impressed with the console. Have spent a fair amount of time having to sort out my downloads though, have loads of digital games on Switch 1, so the 2 has tried to download them all, and they won't all fit, so I have to go around quick deleting them to free up space so it can go on to trying to download the rest. Fingers crossed those Micro SD expresses increase in size and come down in price, because 250GB doesn't last long when you've got an eShop sale addiction.

 

Haven't even played much yet, quick blast on Soul Calibur 2. Unfortunately, last weekend I got the idea to start playing Hades, as it has been sitting there for a while and I hadn't started it. Have been playing it most of the week.

SInce it was the first thing on my Switch 1 menu, it was the first thing that downloaded on the Switch 2. So I had to give it a go... found out 3 things

 

1. Hades works completely fine on the Switch 2's backwards compatability

2. Midnight arrives sooner than you would think

150cc Knockout Tour is excruciating. Get to the last phase easy; thereafter I'm bombarded with shells, everyone catches up and blast off into the distance. Can't touch them afterwards.

 

Every race, same thing.

The switch 2 thing would be going great if I could login into my Nintendo account, or indeed speak to nintendo to get them to send my email verification to an email that will actually receive it.  Unhappy 12 year old cannot play half his games after 5 days...

How are you getting to the last phase easily? It’s all out carnage every time I play, I’ve finished 3rd about 4x but seems like winning is pretty tough.

Ive managed 3 online wins so far in knockout tour. But plenty of times i have been at the front then get absolutely pelted when coming upto the checkpoint. Its mental. 

 

I really like the fact that its so chaotic that its bridged the gap between skill and carnage. The best players do not always win. 

 

Im just smashing through Wind Waker. Already in the Tower of the Gods

In other news I'm not liking Mario Wonder at all, sickly sweet overly saturated todler's game. Will have to resell.

Yeah, it’s the same for both on and offline. Ive come 3rd about 5x but never higher.

About to start finally playing through my other Zelda games

 

I have played through BOTW, TOTK, Ocarina, and Majora's Mask but I have bought all the others on the Switch but never got around to playing them:
