Can everyone just get a bloody grip?

The rump of this squad has a track record of getting into a rut and not being able to find a way out of it. Ranieri also has a record of not being as good in his second season as his first. however, I believe we are better than three other sides in is league although to rely on that is pretty desperate

without drinky we are a drifting ship

We're not a good side and we're not "too good to go down".

Raneiri doesn't seem to know what to do to get us out of this rut. Players don't look good enough yet he continues to roll out the same team every week. Players show no quality, no commitment, no fight.

I have seen nothing to suggest we're going to get out of this - and now 2 points above Sunderland. Laughable.

CR seems to have had a personality change in the summer. He's gone from a pro active tactical genius to the bumbling fool some thought we were getting when he was hired. With all his experience why does he refuse to change systems/personnel? We're terrible & getting worse. Man city next, god knows how many goals we'll lose by if we play 442.

I just don't get the excuse of " well we've lost Kante that's why we're suddenly so Crap!!"

So judas dumped us for Chelski but we still have 99%ish of the champion winning side with a few extras in the mix, unfortunately the squad isn't blessed with super quality players so we see when we lose the likes of Kasper and Danny to injury or suspension we suffer!

I for one am really hoping we spend smartly on players that are real quality that can help us deliver wins in the premier league, and as for our so far successful attempt at Champions League football great that it is but our league form is suffering greatly !

Vardy looks knackered with some videos of him the bags under his eyes show he's not the player of last season,Mahrez I haven't a clue what's happened to him it's like Lord Voldemort has put a dodgy spell on him !!

But with our next Champions League game isn't it time now that Claudio rests the first team and play our fringe players and some of the up and coming younger players now that this match really means nothing now we have qualified for the last 16?

 G

The Claudio out brigade need to take a look at who would replace him ????

And if anyone says NP I'm likely to develop an app that delivers 1,000,000% Tw@ alert  through their phone every time they mention he who should not be named!!!!!

Theres loads of theories why we have suddenly done a Spurs in the premier league and bottled it but I still believe that we will be fine and keep our premier league status so keep calm !!

I TELL YOU IT'S A CONSPIRACY TO A BLOODY GOOD ENDING TO THE MOVIE, WE WIN THE PREMIER LEAGUE WE BECOME AWFUL WE WIN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE THEN TO TOP OFF THE FAIRY TALE WE SURVIVE RELEGATION WHAT A MOVIE IT WILL BE  !!

so don't worry it's written in the stars we'll be fine !!

:filbert_2:

I quite like the thought of us doing the "Great Escape II" and then winning the Premiere League again.

correct, cos he said cambiasso was crap.

Find me one post where I said Cambiasso was crap?

Find me many many posts where I said Cambiasso was nowhere near world class when he played for us and nowhere near as good, for us, as most people made out.

See the difference.....?

Regarding having Cattermole playing for us at the moment? Absolutely...Christ knows we need somebody fookin fighting for the cause.

I'd play a Cat and a Mole in place of King and Amartey right now!

Well this ain't the Cattermole thread/show and yet again people use it as a stick to beat when they have no real argument to make. Mods take note....

I ain't on about Cattermole. But a combative leader in the middle is just what we need at present

If you was a Manager would you have Cattermole as your 2nd in command? Perhaps a player/coach role?

Massive spending at Christmas will sort it out , Walsh was obviously a huge part of last year success !  His tactical input is so obviously missing, and loosing Kante is basically the biggest disaster since hiring peter Taylor , if we go down it's fine we will come back but I fear Claudio will loose his job in the championship and that would be a travesty for what he achieved last year

1 point away from home in mid December is actually pathetic, how can we get a grip we've lost to Hull, West Brom, Watford and now Sunderland

This completely.

People can accept losing games but the manner we're doing it is terrible and recent week's have been appalling. 1 point from the last 12 against 4 bang average teams and only scoring 2 goals in open play. Watford and Sunderland in particular are poor sides

Our season, so far, reminds me very much of Klopp's last Dortmund season (2014/15).

At the end of 2014 Dortmund (the runners-up of 2013/14) had dropped to the bottom

of the table, with just 15 points (after 17 games). Everything, that could go wrong, did go

wrong: injuries, no normal pre-season, new players not fitting in, own-goals etc.

A team with players like Hummels, Mkhitaryan, Gündogan, Aubameyang, Reus and

Kagawa was losing game after game. Nobody was able to explain, what was going on.

And week after week, Klopp was giving, more or less, the same answers to the same

questions in the PC. He never blamed his players and he predicted, that in the long

run, the quality of the team would prevail. His motto: NO PANIC. WORK.WORK.WORK

And he was right. At the end of the season Dortmund was on 7.th with 46 points and

they even qualified for the Europa League.

Klopp, however, had one advantage, that Ranieri will not have: the Winterpause.

5 weeks without a game. 5 weeks time to readjust the team. 5 weeks to get injured

players fit again. 5 weeks to integrate new players.

And during the whole season, the fans stood like a wall behind  team and  manager.

I think, that helped a lot.

We're a good side in a bad run in the league. We've all seen it happen.

We'll improve obviously, so chill out.

Also, we've just qualified for bloody knockout stages of the Champions League, unbeaten, after winning our group with a game to spare.

And we won the sodding Premier League the other week.

We're Leicester City.

Cheers.

:claudio:

It's not a bad run though is it?  It's nearly half a season.

The worrying this is that we all knew that we'd lose today after seeing the formation and team selection. How can Claudio not see it?

Also will people stop going on about the CL. Watford would have pissed our group. So would West Brom. ****ing Forest and Leeds would probably have qualified from it too.

Dead right...

As soon as that line up was announced we knew what was going to happen!.. another blind faith 442 formation without the personnel to implicate it,  like at Hull,  Liverpool,  United,  Chelsea etc etc... unbelievable Jeff!!!!!!!!!

Ranieri really has been a stubborn old fool this season and in my opinion deserves to go!

Enough is enough!

Spot on too about the CL where all we've done is play sub standard opposition and have flattered to deceive!

If the champions of Denmark and Belgium and the runners-up of Portugal are sub standard, why did we sign

(Amartey,Slimani), are going to sign (Ndidi)  or trying to sign (Silva) players from those sub standard leagues?
