For every Kante there is a Musa, Almerty, Hernandez, Mendy etc etc. Ranieri has bought exremely poorly. We need someone like morgan schneiderlin or Mikel Obi to make the real difference, proven quality - im not saying Nddi wont be class, im just saying maybe is a gamble we cant afford to take

For every Musa Amartey &Hernandez there's a joe Allen to Liverpool, Fellini to Man U Delphi to Man City Richards/Lescot to villa... just a few of the established prem players that have flunked after moving to another prem team... the whole established prem players are ready to hit the ground running is a myth

Its a little bit harsh adding Mendy to that group he's hardly played due to injury, Hernandez was only ever intended to be a squad player not a full time starter and Amartey was always touted as one for the future not now he's a regular now because of the injury to mendy and its very possible we missed out on other regular first teamers, Musa we know can do it ( barcelona goal and a couple of others) and it could be argued has done much better than our so called world class players like Vardy

I dont think Ranieri bought poorly, i think the other targets we tried to get that would of complimented them we were not able to secure. And he's not the chief negotiate and They are also not being helped by the champion winning players , who have seemingly switched off their own life support machines... ( except Danny drinkwater who has the only one who has, at times, shone).

Anyone who thinks Ndidi is another Amartey need their heads checking, every confidence this guy will improve our team and be the link between Defence and Midfield. He'll take the the burden away from Drinkwater, to have to keep dropping back when Huth/Morgan have the ball.

I think James will be ousted, either permanently or more likely on-loan, when Ndidi comes.

At least Ranieri now knows midfield is key for main concern area, but have to accommodate Amartey elsewhere as not convinced with him in a CM/CDM position.

Haven't seen Ndidi do anything we didn't see from Amartey this time last year.

Put your knob away and wait. You're getting weird over this transfer.

Come on that's a tad unfair all we'd seen of Amartey was a couple of YouTube vids of him running the length of the pitch, we've actually had time to watch a few genk games, he could turn out to be a flop but I'm genuinely excited to see what he can bring to us

A predictable post from you. I've watched plenty of Genk (over 450 minutes in the last week) clearly you haven't! The guy is way, way better than Amartey. And you think Amartey would get 71 tackles and interceptions in the Europa League?! Amartey has managed a grand total of 4 tackles and 4 interceptions in 3 Champions League games

he's certainly an upgrade on what we have in the midfield at the moment (minus Drinkwater). has more experience than Amartey and Mendy.

Cattermole would be an upgrade on that we've got at the moment!... Sure Col would agree!
