Lucas is the type of player we should be going for. Knows the league and has that bit of experience. Not looking at more players from poor leagues.

To me it makes more sense to try and get Mahamdou Sakho from them on-loan instead. Yes he's had his disciplinary issues but he's not getting in the Liverpool squad right now so a loan deal would surely be a good move for all parties and we'd be getting a quality CB with Prem experience.

The club needs to stop messing around and get the Cheque book out and sign the proven quality we need. They need to wake up and realise that we could go down and that would cost the Club Hundreds of Millions. unless of course their waiting for the second coming of the understudies. Chilwell, Gray etc.
