FireFox Posted 30 January 2017 Posted 30 January 2017 What a rise in manager confidence after an abysmal draw to a championship side.
foxinsocks Posted 30 January 2017 Posted 30 January 2017 quite closely grouped 4 to 6; IMO it should have been 4 to 5... but this show that no one is playing at an out standing level (I would expect 3 at 8 or above);
Guest the fox Posted 30 January 2017 Posted 30 January 2017 It is really worrying that a lot of the MOTM titles have been given to players coming out of the bench. It is almost like the award is for the " one how played less bad then any one else"
Bamba's Babes Posted 30 January 2017 Posted 30 January 2017 Not sure what some people expect Vardy to do considering the service?

Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 30 January 2017 Posted 30 January 2017 Harsh on Simpson I thought. Thought he did ok actually and a bit more forward too. Others might disagree though.

ZeGuy Posted 30 January 2017 Posted 30 January 2017 Morgan 5th, Drinky 6th. Both having a stinker (not the first one) and still getting away with murder.
Koke Posted 30 January 2017 Posted 30 January 2017 So much for Derby "playing well", they were the 23rd worst opposition out of 31 this season. We really should have put this tie to bed, but we now have an unnecessary replay.

bluesbrothers Posted 30 January 2017 Posted 30 January 2017 Harsh on Shinji - still think it was a number of good saves from Carson that stopped him scoring a few, and his industry was solid. My MOTM.

I know, they were the two best players. What I meant is, why the starters are not playing good. Some choices in the starting line up are suspicious. And not only this game. But, many others.

My MOTM. You can not of watched the match.when he slipped on his arse without passing or shooting ,sums him up.

He slipped alright, but it wasn't the only thing he did in the whole game you know. I wish Vards would slip on his arse more often these days, if only to show he still cares!

Simpson might haven't headed it well, it doesn't justify Bryson strolling all the way to get it past Kasper. Awful backtracking, awful defending.

The 2nd time into a ridiculous area playing everyone into trouble, what followed was poor but the cause was all Simpson hence his reaction when they scored.4.37 about sums up his performance.

Yeah he did, no question about that. Can happen to anyone though and it's not like he lost the ball in the box. What happened after was pathetic and the other three made Bryson look like Messi. I gave Simpson a 4 for his display by the way. Same for Drinkwater and King. Can't recognize Drinkwater at all since he got banned.

lcfcben76 Posted 31 January 2017 Posted 31 January 2017 Albrighton 3rd is surprising, didn't put one decent cross in after half time.

Echo this, thought he was one of the worst out there. If he's not going to cross well what's the point of him as he can't dribble or pass...

Tbf I don't even remember those only noticed particularly when he did about 10 bad crosses in a row before being taken off, I'll take your word for it that he did set them up and I'll admit my mistake
