Yes, yes and yes again ... as I don't think we ever had the chance of cementing ourselves in as a top eight or even a top ten team, we are going to yo-yo around the bottom of this league and the Championship because that's the Club we are! Even with champions league football on offer we still don't appear as an attractive club ... I'm sorry but that's all she wrote!

Okay another question ...

does anyone feel it was Pearsons team that won the league and Ranieri had nothing to do with it?

Ranieri  played a big part BUT the foundation's were already there , maybe not to win the league , but we've  seen since the summer Ranieri  in full control and it's no coincidence that he's  got previous in that his second season normally  goes tits up ,but I think he's  out done himself this season.

At the start of last season if someone had said to you "will you take winning the league this season and relegation next season" what would you have said?

Just abit  of fun in this bad situation lol

Without doubt!

Yes

However there is no need for this embarrassment

And we're undoing the last 6 years work by being asleep at the wheel, with a mgr who can't motivate the players or set a atea m up to get a result

We allegedly punched above our weight last season but i dont agree i believe we were fooking superb and we gelled together played well together, then this season we lost Kante put most of the champions on£100k plus a week and treated them like heroes which seemed to have either gone to their heads or their attitudes where they've won the league never do it again now earning hundreds of thousands of pounds a year so why do i have to play as i did last year type of attitude?

Then we lost Kante yes he was fooking brilliant but i dont agree to 1 player makes the team it helps but it doesn't make us superb!!

Kante lost and we seemed to fall apart our MOJO had fooked completely off we had some amazing performances we tore Manchester City apart then suddenly we couldn't win for all the tea in China we were Jekyll and Hyde we were SHOCKINGLY SHIT we were unbelievably crap why??

Who knows some say Claudio has lost the dressing room some say money and title have gone to their heads think they are better than they are ?

But what ever happened we need to sort this shit out NOW before its far too late to climb the table to safety,if thats Claudio going then so be it but we need to get someone in who can sort this sorry sack of shit out and get the best out of them!!

Claudio if this is the end for you then thank you very much you have made us champions of England and that never be taken away from us but i wish this season is just a bad dream and you will be fondly remembered in the history of our great club,

if its not the end for you then kick these sorry sacks of shits up the arse sort them out !!

It may be difficult to say yes at the moment, but if you had asked me in any of the previous 40 seasons leading up to last year........most definitely.

We were shit, we won the league & now we're shit again.  C'est la vie

I don't believe that opportunity was ever really there, although I understand why people fell for the idea. Last season was a beautiful freak but we still remained a less attractive (long term) proposition than a good number of clubs for a variety of reasons.

The shame for me is that our players appear to be absolute ***** and have badly let down an experienced manager with an excellent career record who has done nothing but conduct himself with dignity and who will probably have to lose his job. They'll always be heroes for last season but **** me are they having a bloody good go at makimg me dislike them.

Yeah

The problem is every player, not the manager who's taking us down now he's eroded all Pearson's teamwork, mentality & work ethic & can't motivate all the players to compete

Righto

We weren't shit, we had structure of consistent improvement that provided the foundation to compete for years

It's now been undone & getting it back is a very rare thing

No.

We should be striving to become a top European club.

The PL is where the money is. If we get relegated we won't be able to attract the top players and will lose Vardy, Mahrez, Drinkwater, etc. (the players we should have sold at the beginning of the season)

Also it's not easy to get promoted.

In an ideal world, yes.

But realistically, we need to realise that we're a yo-yo club and have been for most of our history.

We excelled last year, now we're back at our level.

I know it's shit and it would have been great to kick on, but it's not that easy.

I want it to be "remember when Leicester won the league, Dad?" instead of:

"remember when Leicester won the league AND got relegated the next season?"

For me it would be a downer on the most amazing footballing memory of any of our lives

You say that as though Ranieri just left things alone last year and won the league on the basis of everything Pearson ever did. If you believe that then you weren't watching. Claudio's tactical approach last season was very different to anything Pearson had in place. The ultra-attacking most-exciting-team-in-the-country early season version then the backs to the wall exemplar counter attacking style after the full backs switch which allowed us to go all the way. The players were brilliant, but it was Ranieri who allowed them to be.

Ranieri's career record is excellent. Consistently challenging at the top of big leagues with big players and big clubs. Pearson was great for us but his record is **** all in comparison. The players were all average cloggers or big club rejects. Ranieri made them champions.

Out of interest, when do you think "team work, mentality and work ethic" magically run out? Because we had it all in abundance last season and I don't recall Pearson being anywhere near the place.

The players are taking the piss. The don't press, they don't move off the ball, they struggle even to find their team mates with simple passes. Do you think the manager is asking them to play in that way (remember, he couldn't get enough of our high energy style last season, he is hardly likely to have decided to get rid of it)?

The noises in the media aren't from nowhere. The Football Weekly lads are pretty well connected. We've got Vardy bending over for OK magazine every five minutes, Simpson paying more attention to arranging his parties in Manchester each weekend, Drinkwater looking a miserable **** every time he's on the pitch and Wes probably pissed on free Captain Morgan. And yet the dignified Ranieri still chooses to defend them in post-match interviews when the temptation to call the, lut for being ***** must be massive. They've done a number on him and they can all **** right off.

At the end of last season I put 30% of our success down to NP's legacy. It would appear it was more like 80%!

does winning the league one season and getting relegated the next piss all over the achievement and/or history?

or does it just make the achievement all the more sensational?

dont know if i could take going back down, what would we have to look forward to? a bastard of a job getting back up then trying to scrape survival?

i thought we were at least destined for premiership mediocrity but the speed of decline and sheer vastness of dizzying shítness has hit me hard.

this might be the depression talking but dont know whether id invest my emotions into it all again when we go down:cry:

Well yes, Pearson built a team that won the league, but to anyone who thinks "Ranieri had nothing to do with it" is an idiot of the highest order.

Ranieri has a winners medal and Pearson doesn't for a very good reason.
