Are you suggesting that he can't criticise players because he's not a professional himself or he's never won anything in the game? Because if you are then we might as well disband the ****ing forum

I'm suggesting he shows people who achieved significant things for our club the respect they've earned and deserve. .

The comment was a bit disrespectful but what's their "list of honours" got to do with anything? That attitude is a small part of why England aren't at the same level as France, Germany and Spain.

Right!!!!  Get your nooses out and bild zhe gallows.I am reafy to rumble..for a right rant....

Excuse me if I get my medicine, in the wrong order.I am poorly so I can swearand curse....

So  really!!!   Fking not only a PL team, but also fking Champions...!!!

One little biddie players gets, injured, and panic, knee jerk reactions set it!!!

I 'll tell you this and make no mistake about it!!!!

If Shakespeare, coaching staff, were shitting themselves over Drinkwater...that is not a,

coaching group that fires insperation.Where is the fking imagination, to make a fit, a tactical know-how to, to set up another 2-3 player group. No No and bloody no again,

Icant accept, the coaching staff in a PL team are so incompetent...

Incidentally, or was it coincidentally, we won and played some good games without him...

I am sorry prepare the noose, if you like, and build the gallows, we have enough fire power through the squad, to tweek, set up and tweek patterns...

I say we have been running to scared, not a coaching set up that installs confidence, now is it..!!!

Now back to my Antibotics, and carry on my opium associations,

with Sherlock and highs with good ol Lucy...I just lie down and see those beautifull blues, being carried on the waves of a foxy fellow...:scarf:

Not at all sure why "disrespect" or a "list of honours" should be anything to do with the demise of England as an international football force, shameful though that is.  .

Can't believe how people criticise Drinkwater. I just can't believe it.

He's clearly been carrying a knock for some time, yet he's played every fookin game and hasnt moaned about once, at least not publically.

He's a stalwart of this team. He's solid, dependable and so under-rated. As I said before...lets see how we look now without him. I remember the run we had of King playing alongside Amartey in a 442. It was mainly horrible.

Most anyone playing with Amartey would look horrible at this stage. I'm still trying to work our his strengths. With King it was his quick and accurate passing even under pressure, his ability to ghost in and score goals fairly regularly and his ability to stay calm in pressured situations. Drinkwater's qualities are detailed week in, week out and N'didi has showed all sorts of qualities. But Amartey and Mendy? Fire away everyone because I've seen nothing of note in either of them.          .

The idea that people can't comment or criticise because they aren't as good as or weren't professionals.

Can't comment on Amartey since I myself struggle to see him as midfielder (no matter which position) but having a go at someone who was injured most of the time and played 2-3 games in a team in free fall is totally unfair. You can't objectively rate Mendy. There is too little to pass judgement.

i didn't see much in him when he first arrived and before he got injured either. You are quite right about the "too little time" but, for all that it's a shame, that's all anyone has to go on and all the sympathy in the world doesn't help convince me he's going to a shining light for us.

Crikey I must be about 30 years older than Amartey ... I'm still a damned sight prettier ... apart from Kasper, Riyad, Danny and Christian we must have the ugliest squad in the premiership

Only time will tell. If he's here next season that is...

What with Drinky, Huth and Morgan sidelined we can probably forget about finishing eighth and prepare to hear all sorts of moans about Shakespeare having "run out of luck".

Looking forward to next season now. Can't see this season being anything more than "treading water" and waiting for our managerial announcement.

I can because he's been playing like crap all but the beginning of the year when I thought him and maybe one or two others were playing decent.

.....we may possibly look like shite without him cos he's the best of our crap performing centre midfielders this year. Only Ndidi has shown enough to play well at this level. Our so called engine room is a dud. There's no energy, confidence or ability to use our entre mids as links to our forwards or even our wingers. So rarely do they pass and move in an attack minded manner......more likely to pass back to Schmeical or the back line to watch them hoof the ball over their heads.

I hope you mean Simpson and not Drinkwater. Drinkwater looks like a slapped arse. Simpson at least looks somewhat attractive  (minus his tattoos).
