True, I s'pose. Although if a medical has been completed like it states here, I would be very surprised if it didn't go through although, it doesn't give a timelinew on when the Evans bid was put in. It could have been prior to the Maguire bid.

Not realistically, consensus seems to be that it was back up to Maguire anyway.
