Brilliant darts from Manby on Worlds debut. Great match to watch

First 2 games have been a great watch.

Manby will really fancy his chances in the next round as well.

The crowd can be cruel at ally pally and I can understand players getting annoyed by it as it is often completely unwarranted and unfair. Even so, I am not sure if this is the right environment for Menzies to be putting himself in.

Very much indifferent to how Bunting is coming across lately tbh.

Labelling himself as the people’s champion, boasting about his social media following and stating he has the best walk on song to get the crowd involved (personally think it’s one of the worst)

I understand he faces very leading questions but I hope it’s not a sign of things to come for a very very likeable fella

I went off him pretty quick early this year. Appreciate him as a player, but as a person I find him quite annoying lol

I enjoyed Toylo's win against him too much. Watching him get more and more annoyed haha.

Really want Dirk to win this but hes making tough work of it.

Fancy Scutt later although will not be upset if Whitlock wins.

Clayton should be too good for Lipscombe, but hes had a few off performances this year on the stage

I had never heard of it until this year. Is it always a thing?

I saw that there was one milling about during the Kumar match yesterday.

Yep, every single year there's wasps on the stage lol

Does he struggle with his mental health? That’s not a normal response to losing a close game.

Never seen him react like that on stage, but he was in full tears while he was playing last year. Very emotional guy, who's been a lot better this year at dealing with the emotional side. Shame for the year to end that way, hopefully he gets plenty of support and can get back when hes feeling right.

I think he likely doesnt react like that if hes not got the crowd actively trying to out him off in a decider. Obviously most will take it in their stride, but yeah, hes a very emotional fella

Speak for yourself, now I don't play much 5 as side, Thursday night darts signals the beginning of the weekend for me from Feb-May :D

He's another bloke in his 50s that loves a moan and drama like a 15 year old girl as well lol

The wasp drama confuses me every year. Firstly its annoying how they describe it as one wasp, surely time to get pest control in.

Secondly, wtf are wasps even hanging around in December for?

Don’t understand why the match officials never seem to acknowledge it, or warn the player. One was on Ross Smith’s collar for about 10 minutes and it was stressing me out!

Bunting is a scouse ****, don't understand the love in with him.

His comments on having the best family in darts, seemingly not as a joke (wouldn't be funny if it was attempted humour), show how arrogant and dim-witted he is.

Not strictly relevant but he's 40 years old yet looks more like 70.

Absolute dog shit this lol

Reminds me of when I went to see Sweden Ukraine at Hampden in the euros, just wanted some **** to get a winner and it went all the way to pens!
