Anyone doubting whether he deserved to be there can finally let go of it now haha.

 

Hopefully they drop Wright and Price next year and bring in two better players to make it a bit more competitive (Wright) and likeable(Price)

 

Think Dobey would be decent and if you want someone with quirky facial hair, Damon Heta's your man.

It’s everything else that comes with it that impresses me more than anything, after the win the photographers and media forcing him around the stage into different poses and he just listens, and takes it in with a smile like he’s been on that stage for 20 years

 

Born showman, if he can keep level headed throughout all of this then it’s genuinely frightening what he could end up winning

Yeah Dobey in front of price and Heta....but unfortunately the PDC ain't going to drop Krusty(Wright).

Just needs to win a real Major (Worlds,Match play,Grand Slam,UK Open)Not taking anything away from the lad,but the way Sky say a glorified exhibition tourney is a Major is just wrong.

Totally agree regarding the prem not being a major, just an exhibition tournament that’s on TV. 
No doubt there will be a major title win very soon though.

It should be considered a major really. You play against every one of the best players in the world in a league format. You don't get to play them all at any other tournament. 

 

Reminds me a bit of the snooker Masters which is a top 16 only event.

If there was a clear qualification criteria set out I would tend to agree more but as it stands ( I think ) the top 4 in the world get in plus 4 picks from sky / PDC. 
 

If players are getting in via invite it’s an exhibition tournament for me.

Yeah I suppose. There needs to be a ranking points system to make it legitimate.
