I've had this problem ever since the club website was updated well over a year ago. I couldn't be bothered with any hassle of creating an account so I just signed in with Google but I can never get a confirmation email whenever I purchase something. It says 'Confirmation email will be sent to [email protected], to change the email update your details.' I click the link to direct me to update my details and the email listed is my email so I have no idea why it isn't working. Any ideas on how I can get it to work?

It's a great up to date website, just read we have signed Kevin Campbell on loan from Arsenal on it, fresh on the back of getting Lee Glover on loan from Forest.

The website is not somewhere that I like to frequent. Only really go there now for the TV, and that’s usually a shambles. Hate the log in process and robot check. Usually a bit uncertain about my password, but end up putting the right one in anyway, only for it to be rejected.

Just not a good experience. Surely with all the money spent at the club it couldn’t cost relatively much to get a decent site going.

I’ve not been able to buy anything for a good 4-5 months as an error message appears when I try to get beyond the checkout. It’s beyond a joke, but what makes it worse is that the club don’t seem interested in fixing it.

I have emailed, spoken to someone on the phone who ended up hanging up on me/not taking my calls (and I was being polite!). The non-playing side of the club are an embarrassment frankly.

From what I have deduced when speaking to someone on the phone they said all the IT stuff is based “off site” - ie contracted out to a hapless company. Shambles.

I can honestly say that since the new website was launched last year I've not had any problems with the ticket buying side or the shop, if anything its a massive improvement on the old site. A fair few problems trying to watch friendlies on the TV side though which isn't great. Try clearing your browser's history and cookies etc. sometimes that can solve the issue.

Website generally seems to work ok ... certainly if using mainstream Operating Systems and Browsers.   I've rarely had many problems from Windows Vista/7/8/10 or browsers such as Internet Explorer/Chrome/Firefox etc.

Obviously if you're using more "esoteric" hardware/software, then more chances you get issues.

The main problem is sometimes the signon mechanism temporarily stops working ... like for an hour or so on Saturday.    Apart form that, it generally does what it's supposed to.

Anyone else having issue re-registering? It tells me that my email is already being used (which it obviously is as that was my registered account until they asked us all to re-register)

EDIT - Ignore the above. The website is as clear as mud. Turns out I didn't need to re-register

I'd suggest changing it to something else and then change it back.

I suspect they have two entries on the database for login email and mailing email, where the front end defaults to whatever one is populated and whatever they use to send the emails doesn't do so. (basically they need to employ someone who knows what they're doing)

Had trouble in the week would not load the seating map on my phone, worked fine on the laptop. Seems to be hit and miss when ever I have used it.
