OK, I ****ed the title of the thread, but who do you prefer, Matty Piper or Matt Elliott.

Jeez, there's no room for error here. I'm so glad you lot never knew me as a fat kid at school.

Please, Webbo, make the title read Matty Piper.. I'm at risk of suicide from not being accepted by the FT tirade brigade.

This thread is payback for all the stick you’ve given me and others on the joke thread.

Karma’s a bitch ain’t it?! lol

Ooh i want to join in with the mocking...

I could take this one of 2 ways... assuming the op meant Matt Prior, and inadvertently missed off the r - one could assume he is confusing the name of the player with another former city player. If that's the case:

I don't like Matt Prior, I prefer Spencer Piper.

Alternatively, i could go down the "who the hell is Matt Prio?" route...

Either way, anything beats having to listen to Ian bloody Stringer!

Elliott is pretty professional and gives a good insight into his days at City which i like.

I don't think i've heard Matt Prio yet but reading this thread he sounds decent.

Matt is a lot better than he was couple of years back when he only had about six sentences

game of two half players, individual and collective responsibilities ,etc .

My daughter worked for Matts lady friend at the time and we asked her to suggest a few new phrases -she suggested the word lovely which he never used.

Stringer opened up at Chelsea  on the weekend and handed over to Matt -'welcome to a  lovely day at Stamford bridge the pitch in lovely condition for a lovely game of football'

Good man
