Durnerz Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 I don't start too many topics on here but what's with people arriving late to their seats? I can understand 5 minutes but to miss a full 20 is just stupid. I saw droves of people making their way up the stairs both tonight and at the Liverpool game bloody annoying when you're trying to watch the game between people's heads.
09bballer Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 Plastics don't get there early enough. Or make the mistake of buying something on the concourse. Or queue to pick up their tickets for 30 mins. Some in front of us went in or out 6 times while the match was being played, it drives me mad!

I don't think everyone got the memo.

Staffs Fox Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 Have to admit I noticed this too today, Not sure if there was an late flurry of fans who turned up on the day and were queuing for tickets or maybe they thought it was an 8pm kick off! There were dozens still coming up the stairs after 10mins

Harry - LCFC Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 There are almost always queues at cup games. Tickets don't seem to be any harder to use than season tickets so it must be because those who don't go regularly tend to want to arrive on kick off.

FoxInTheBirstallBox Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 Will never forget the season we got promoted and towards the end we had an early kick off, and this aisian couple arrived at around 2pm looking all puzzled.... They thought it was a 3pm kick off
yorkie1999 Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 Never mind turning up late, it’s the leaving early that’s annoying. I’d lick the gates till 90 minutes
Vulpine Victor Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 I arrived at the ground ground only 14 seconds late, but they wouldn't let me in until the queue in front of me had gone in.At least it was before January.

Dan Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 It's every cup game. There's always a silly amount of queues for some reason and it never changes.
urban.spaceman Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 When I had a season ticket at Filbert Street this used to drive me mental. It was mainly the lads in front who would smoke throughout the game too. They'd arrive 15 minutes late, leave 5 minutes before half time and come back 5 minutes into the second half, then bugger off 5 minutes before the final whistle too. I only go sporadically these days but the only two games I've ever left early in 25 years was 0-6 against Leeds at Filbert Street and 0-5 against Villa at the Walkers (i left at 3-0 down just after Ian Walker punched a fan to the ground). And they were both purely because my dad walked off in fury and he was my lift.
peterborofox Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 Agree with all this. Also does anyone else find that every game now home and away there seems to be more moronic people who can't find their seats? It's really not difficult to get on the correct row then find the seat number. Tonight there was a two to three minute period where I'm sat behind four men trying to work out which two of them are in the wrong. Can't see **** all of the game. It's absolutely pathetic, not bloody rocket science is it. Also people getting up at 35 mins and disappearing until 50 minutes. Wtf are people doing....
FLAN Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 The amount of bollocks spouted by cup game attendees is ridiculous. Just shoot. Why don’t they play it forward and tonight’s special was “typical Leicester having all the possession”. Like when did that happen?

Saw 3 or 4 being shown their seats with the stewards leading them from the back of kop to the front row and thought they couldn’t get it more wrong if they tried. Right seats in Row A. No that’s B must be next one. Row C. No. Must be next one. Row D. No. Must be next one... Row ZZ. No. There ain’t an A

People next to me were on their phones all game after arriving 20 minutes late. Save yourself £12 plus your parking/bus/train fare and stay at home and do it in the warm.
HybridFox Posted 24 October 2017 Posted 24 October 2017 The other thing that does my head in is when they can't recognise players and are shouting out the wrong names Guy behind me thought it was Wilfred N'Didi who scored

Please! i turned up late today (7:40), queues were ridiculous. Same at half time. I must of missed a solid 10 mins overall. Too many plastic losers with no idea what they were doing! (I think!!)
