He doesn't have an official Instagram page so probably someone trying to start a rumour. The account just did the same with Newcastle also.

There's about 5 Instagram pages claiming to be his official page from what I can see.

He literally doesn't even have an Instagram, is that the comedy effect?

I hate transfer rumours at the best of times. Can we please not have threads based on social media follows. 

 

And that includes any twitter "itk" making a story or a tabloid writing off the back of it where the original source was a ****ing Instagram follow.

I don’t have an issue with the Weghorst move in the slightest as long as the financies are sensible. He is a great professional, team player and has genuine quality, current Dutch international and offers something very different to our current strikers. 
 

Whilst he hasn’t set the world alight with his goal scoring record since he came to England, he has always looked an absolute handful to mark, his link up play is very good, his pressing and work rate is first class whilst offering a real physical presence in both boxes. 
 

overall seems a sensible addition to the squad if it happens.
