Thinking of putting a full Bundesliga team together because I packed Headliner Sommer untradeable and he's been boosted to 92 rated! Gutted I didn't do any of the POTM Reus

Well the summer one for sure has better players and higher rated usable players. The winter otw are all dead imo and not useable. Your otw players will go up very slightly due to the sbc where people will buy them to use them in the sbc but I wouldn't expect them to go up that much, maybe 10-20k each.
