Cardiff Vs Leicester

Recommended Posts

Due to played November 3rd 3pm. Was surprised it wasn't moved to TV due to international rugby that weekend between Wales Vs Scotland at 2.45. Anyone know if this is likely to be moved or will the police allow both to be played at the same time?

Huddersfield Vs Fulham is live on Monday 5th. Spuds are live on Sunday 4th at 1.30 Vs Wolves, but will be moved to sat 3rd if they are involved in champions league the next Tuesday they will move the game to 3rd Nov at 7.45. So this could allow us to be played on the Sunday live at 1.30 I suppose.  Got a feeling it will be Friday but more than likely a 3pm Sunday. Can anybody find out? Rugby wont be moved in my opinion.

How long has the Wales rugby international been scheduled for? Seems ridiculous for the PL not to take Wales rugby games into account when processing the fixture lists if the club/city don't feel they can host the two games on the same day and this has to end up moving?

Probably a year but exactly times would be subject to TV and in this example it looks like the Rugby got there first.

Wales are playing Scotland, so I can’t see it being a huge crowd

This will not be moved, if it was to be moved it would have been done by now.

I am going to Wales vs Australia the week after and Cardiff also have a game (albeit 12:30 with the rugby starting at 17:15). However, my mate (who is Welsh) seemed to think that it's regularly happened before where football and rugby was on the same day.

As people have said, the Scotland game should not attract a capacity crowd. And I guess the fact there is about 2 miles between the grounds, they think it can work out OK. All down to Cardiff as a city to say whether they can police/cope with traffic and it seems they are comfortable.

What is the ****ing point of Rugby anyway.

It gives those thick middle class surveyor types the opportunity to say:

'he kicked a blade of grass and fell over'

'you'd never see rugby players arguing with the ref'

'football is ninety minutes of pretending you're hurt ; rugby is eighty minutes of pretending you're not'

'pfftt, it's just millionaires kicking a bag of air'

'real men play rugby'

And all the other tripe they trot out loudly down the pub so everyone has to acknowledge they're middle class thickos.
