Wonder why they are putting these up now, if we are in the process of transforming the stadium over the next few seasons. Maybe they are being put up with the new design in mind and will be Incorporated into that, but judging from what people have said, the stadium is going to have a complete make-over! They look a bit "stuck-on" meccano style and so I hope they are just a temporary fix until we get a fresh design and they are blended in with the new stadium design better.

Probably because it will be several years before they get anywhere near any extension impacting significantly on the N & S stands the technology will then be out of date.

Probably so we can be included in the recently announced Prem VAR trials - I believe that improving the fan experience of the delay is going to be part of them, so having larger screens for the fans to see the detail will be key; hence hasty installation of screens big enough to accommodate! ?
