Decent effort from the neck down. Hair and face need work for your next one you could try a simpler composition. 

 

 

Easier hairline, mouth barely visible and eyes closed. Oh yeah and a giant fvcking trophy.

 

Then you can work towards drawing Ndidi heading Rob Holding’s hand onto a football.

I think your problem is that you chose the wrong picture to work from. Personally I can see certian similarities to a Banksy picture - the one he destroyed after selling.
