A bit more bum fluff around the chops and a few zits on the neck and forehead and I reckon you’ve nailed it mate.

Well, as a fellow artiste, I do feel qualified to answer that one ...   the lad has had some sort of brain fart and inserted one of those lip expanders, as favoured by some African tribes,  into  Madds lower lip.      :thumbup:
