Puel Versus Vardy who will win?

lol this place.  Even if there was animosity (there isn't), Puel would be in the right for trying to develop a more sustainable playing style to get a couple more years out of our aging main striker.

Vards. Bruh. Please. I get that Claude is overflowing with machismo, but you should never go full hover hand. Ever.

I doubt Vardy or Puel consider it a 'him or me' situation.

Puel wants Vardy to adapt a bit to his way of playing, which Vardy is trying to do, maybe a bit reluctantly, but is trying.

Vardy (and others, including non playing staff) want Puel to tweak a few things around the club which, apparently, he's not keen to do.

That's how I see it anyway.

what a shite stirring thread this is, based on possibly/probably nothing but paper talk. at a totally inappropriate time of the year. maybe your message should have been more towards peace love and harmony, rather than trying to ask fans pick your favourite. maybe quite a lot of us are behind Vardy puel and our leicester city football club.

your designed to divide thread question, I would guess is certainly not the kind of ethos our dear departed previous chairman would advocate.

I'm sure you meant no harm.

merry Christmas anyway and support!

Attack..!! Chaaarge up and at them.....Shame 'em..put the weaky,no patience neggos to the sword....

ForGive @NotTheMarketLeader   @Swan Lesta ..let them some room, they do discuss the other side, without going into a rant. Sometimes!!!

We do need a fair balance...Bless them it's christmas...:santa::yahoo:.....  We go into the new year :kissing:

Why are you apologising for me in a thread I’ve not posted in about a topic and a post which I’ve never had any issue with whatsoever?

Ive never had a problem with the inclusion of youth. And CP doesn’t own this narrative either. There are other managers that can do that to without 12 months of turgid sideways midfieldless football disguised as possession based but without the actual possession.

Hoping it will improve now he’s realised 4231 hasn’t worked for ****ing year and is at least trying something slightly different albeit with more DMF’s!

The long and boring training is a major issue, especially the day before a game when it should be short and sharp and getting the players revved up for the match.

I pray Santa brings Puel a bit more zest in his personality to help fire the players up rather than bring them down.

These listless first halves are maybe just a coincidence though.

I think Vardy would beat Puel in a fight - he likely has the fitness edge given their respective ages, and I can see Vardy having been in fights before. That's what this thread is about right?

That’s an interesting one. I had always imagined the training before the match would be energy focused, getting them revved up type deal.

That's what most clubs and managers do. Puel has his own ideas though.

As I said, a few little tweaks here and there would be just grand.

Gonna be a nice a nice day for them tomorrow then, Merry Christmas!

It's not a usual player v manager dispute in that the manager clearly rates him and wants him to play in every match but isn't able to. Normally the player would be marginalised or left on the bench regularly but that isn't the case here.

Vardy will win any "battle" because he's got a long contract, is pivotal to the team and the manager is the first to go in virtually all situations.
