Booing your own team

So in what way would that help the situation in booing when a player comes on to hopefully help us get a goal???

hopefully get us a goal?!  He's just taken our main man off. And yes, if vardy was still on the pitch he would have more than likely have scored the peno aswell. Not interested in PC brigade I'm saying it as most will

I think the context in which the booing takes place can happen for a variety of reasons.

People on here will jump to conclusions and think you're getting on the players back but I'd rather look at it from the point of view of you're booing the decision to replace Vardy rather than Vardy himself.

I would never boo one of our players but in the past I've reacted negatively to the tactical decisions made.  Puel seems determined to push fans to the limit it would seem with his bizarre decision making.

He just will NOT learn.

And that's the frustration for me.

Vardy was so bad today though. Not his fault. He was tired. Puel should have been booed for starting him if anything

There is nothing forgiveable about our fans booing. 2 wins against top sides and it buys him no credit, pffft

You think taking vardy off for him was a positive? I'd like to hear some sense in your comment please

Cardiff were never going to leave much space in behind so even I would've understood Vardy not starting. Coming short is not one of Vardy's strengths and Iheanacho will do it better. Also usually Iheanacho is more clinical with a shot in the box than Vardy.

I booed.. Yes for the first time in my 40odd years of going and so what?.  I booed vardy going off on 70 minutes when playing at home when we was 0-0. Does the original poster want to come back to me with something?

Think back, see if you can remember being as young as kelechi is. If you can, picture being ridiculed when you start work, then picture yourself doing a good job.

All if's and but's.

Vardys missed his fair share of pens, as has Maddison.

So now anyone who disagrees with you is PC?

Close the door on your way out lad

That's very worrying. May as well not be there then.

I accept it was either pre determined or as he won it he was allowed to take it.

But he's fast becoming the next mahrez when it comes to spot kicks.

Mahrez, scored his First groupings of

penalties....

Sat in East stand, and am I the only one who finds booing the team unacceptable.....two fantastic wins, if Vardy scores at Palace instead of hitting the post we probably win, if Maddison scores penalty today we probably win. Those incidents are not Puels fault.....in any way shape or form.

So if you were one of the moaning booing ****ers stfu. Please.

I get where you are coming from, but by that analogy if Chelsea hadn't hit the woodwork 3 times and Man City actually finished off there numerous chances we would of lost those 2 :appl:. Just saying.

I wasn't patronising him re. his spelling or grammar. I was strongly suggesting that he's as thick as ****ing mince.

They were booing Kelechi without kicking a ball. I am sure Jamie would agree today wasn’t his finest game for the club.

I think you will find they were booing the poor decision of taking Vardy off not Iheanacho coming on!!

But i would argue if you had paid all that money wouldn't you want to support your team to the end whatever or else what's the point?

I understand you wouldn't just wondered your opinion on the matter. Playing devils advocate here

Just think that if you're not happy with what you've seen, I think it's fine to show how you feel about what you have just seen.

You wanted vardy to stay on so he’d rupture the already damaged groin ligament, so you could blame Puel for breaking vardy and then build your out case, I’m onto you monsieur Collo ????

Were you one of those who booed MON early on, by any chance?

Just asking, like.

Puel continues to set us up in a manner which makes it very difficult to break these teams down.  Palace the other week and now today and we're done both times by a moment of individual brilliance.  I am sure there's countless other examples of it but he just will not alter the approach to games and many of these results are much of a muchness resulting in further inconsistencies as the season progresses.

We're fine when we're frustrating the opposition and playing into space but when it's roles reversed and the opposing teams do the same to us we have no answer to it.  And Puel continues to do nothing to change it.

It's very, very frustrating and I can fully understand the booing because he seems impervious to changing it.

Just as the money on him for all the times he has missed?

Maddison is 22, stepping up this year to one of the biggest stages in football, taking that penalty took balls after he missed the last one.

Manager not belonging? The guy has had a huge job rebuilding a side full of ageing pros.

Act your age then "lad", 45 and spouting sh1t like some of the kids sitting near me in the family end.

Isn't it about different opinions.???...neither of us have proved or earned the right to consider our own opinions as the ones that

show we know WTf we are on about ,and we are obviously  more knowledgable.

We are football fans....because we have no answer...!!!:scarf:

It was the substitution that was being booed, not the player, Claude says Nacho is a great player but is not getting any service, Well tell us why that is then Claude

thought it was the managers job to set out a team to make sure he does,,blame is all on Puel himself and the rubbish we have had to watch this season..
