Fully agree with this (I know That foul cost us and we weren't happy at the time). But did feel annoyed with Ranieri that he never gave him a couple of minutes against Everton to get that last appearance to qualify and also say goodbye to the fans. Felt it showed CR up as lacking a bit of class.

Wasilewski was here for the whole of the season after. Remember being annoyed with Shakespeare that he didn't bring him on for the last couple of minutes in the meaningless draw with Bournemouth. He was bombing up and down the side line warming up for the whole second half

FYI: Wasilewski started the last two games of the 15/16 season vs Everton and Chelsea as Huth was banned.

Apologies mate, happy to stand corrected, but I am sure he only made 4 appearances that season.

And in one of the final home matches, I am sure CR didn't bring him on when he could have, meaning he couldn't get the five required. I remember the crowd hoping he would get a run out. Maybe it was Swansea, but CR stopped him getting the medal.

There were more than 11 immortals.

Ulloa should deffo be considered as an "immortal".

Crucial contributions when we needed them.

The earthquake goal versus Norwich, the last gasp penalty versus West Ham, two in the Swansea home game without Vardy when we were all throwing a wobbler.

Ulloa scored so many vital goals for us in his two main years. His performance against Swansea when Vardy was suspended paid his transfer fee alone.

Started vs Everton away, came on vs Arsenal and ballsed up. Started vs Everton at home and Chelsea away as Huth was banned for 3 matches for furtling with Fellaini's hair.

Really interesting stats. Andy King also pivotal even though some on here claim he's basically been Junior Lewis since his early promise. The Schluppinator too, both legends. As others have said, Dyer and Ulloa both massively important.

For me, any player who played even a minute that season will always be a legend. So too those squad players that never even kicked a ball. That season was such a beautiful, unbelievable once in a lifetime event that I firmly believe a different team cook, cleaner, kit person might have meant we didn't win it. We really are so fvcking fortunate to have experienced it. It has both MADE and RUINED football for me. Wouldn't change it for the world but aware it's a high point never to be matched. Even if we established ourselves as a "big club" and won the league again at some point it would never compare. Football, fvcking hell. X

You are absolutely spot on, Rumble.

Hard to argue with that.

I am pretty sure that all the main squad members received a  medal. Although a player has to have 5 appearances to automatically qualify for a medal the FA issue the winning club up to 40 medals to distribute as they see fit (including coaching staff etc) after those automatically qualifying. I would be very surprised if the club did not take up their full allocation and ensure those players that did not feature in many games but made a significant contribution got one

Every-time i see 'The Immortals' i just cringe inside.

Why?

Our title victory is one of those sporting stories that will be talked about forever, and the names of every player are practically ingrained in every Leicester (and general football) fan's memory. If that doesn't warrant a title like 'Immortals' then I don't know what would?

I don't know anyone who thinks that calling that Arsenal squad 'The Invincibles' is cringey, and surely that's no different? If anything, our achievement dwarfs theirs several times over!

And as for "It's just football", Id actually argue that in our case it went so, so much further than that. Just look at the effect it had on the entire city, even those who have no interest in football were enthralled by our underdog challenge for the league.
