EA say they are "actively" working on the issue.

Saw that last night, it was in the rewards as 1 Pack! I was about 2k off Elite 3 so played a couple of games only to get F all in my “rewards” as usual.

I was on elite 2 needed 2000 something g point refreshed teams and just played bronzes with weak chemistry to get the points....the rewards was crap Anderson.  Paveleka was best pulls
