£70 for a remake of TLOU, behave lol. Great game, one of my favourites but please, it's been remastered leave It at that.

There's some poor soul at Naughty Dog who's now on their 3rd iteration of making that human misery simulator.

Agree though, great game, please leave it alone.

It's a cash in to tie in with the HBO series of it coming next year. Definitely not paying for it, but looking forward to eventually trying it when it's on PS Plus. Completely unnecessary though, even the original PS3 version still looks (and plays) decent!

I've enjoyed TLOU2 more than the original.  It has surprised me.  I wasn't expecting it to be that good based on those opinions out there.  Nearing the end now, just at the ranch.

Nearing the end? You might come to see why some people slated it. Come back when you have actually finished it lol

Just finished The Quarry, anyone played it?

Enjoyed it, enjoyed Until Dawn as well, but **** me it gets you making some shit decisions out of pure panic.

I really liked the ending, it drove home the whole point and story of the entire game being about the cycle of revenge

I enjoyed the ending as well, but he’s at the ranch.

I'm in Santa Barbara now.  Just picked up the silenced machine gun.

While I'm here, has anyone given Tales of Arise a go?  I'll try the demo later.  The reviews are very strong and it's a decent price now.

I thought TLOU2 was a decent game but not to the point that people are saying. First game was miles better in actual story telling and character development. The 2nd game i hated playing as Abby. Just found her lifeless and boring. i remember just grinding through the game in the end just because i hated playing as Abby. I hated the ending.

Not many games will top TLOU in the way you end up feeling for the character. Joel you see him lose his daughter early on which sets up his mood and the barriers he has. Then over the game you see Joel and Ellie's friendship grow and his barriers breaking. Masterpiece of a game.

Though i wont pay £70 for the PS5 version. It will go down in price pretty quick i think.

I can’t fully remember how many times I thought it was ending after the ranch but it was at least 4 lol

Gave the Tales of Arise demo a go.  Not bad.  Might pick this up once I've finished TLOU2.  Never tried these Tales games before.  Can see it drawing me in like the latest DQ title did.  Combat is done quite well.  Musical score is excellent as is the case with all JRPGs.

Today is the day for the new Playstation Plus. Rumours of a 10am release in line with when they release the free PS plus monthly games. Looking forward to seeing just what games will be available

So let me get this straight.  I can have PS Extra for £83.99 a yr and have "free" access to Ghost of Tsushima, Death Stranding and Guardians of the Galaxy?

Tempting.

Any deals going less than rrp for PS Extra?

If you already have PS Plus then it will calculate how much extra you need to pay on your current subscription to upgrade. My subscription end in September so just needed to pay £11.50 for premium. Then £99.99 a year going forward. Which i dont think is a bad price considering the games available. Defo plan on hitting Devil May Cry trilogy

Uncharted Lost Legacy going to be my first one I think - no clue how I have never played it seeing as I love the Uncharted series haha

Looking forward to giving Ghost of Tsushima a go and possibly Walking Simulator as well

Lots of stuff I have "fancied trying but never bit the bullet", so I signed up for Extra

Was already on an annual, so only cost me £16 to go up a level for the rest of the year!

Now....Death Stranding.....

Yeah I'm the same.  Definitely signing up

Hopefully they do keep this up to date and keep adding some newer games
