Great win although not pretty on the eye.

Hearts will stay in the fight this season because Celtic look poor.

Noah up next to keep our conference league journey alive.

Hearts now 4 points ahead of Celtic, with Hearts having played a game more.

I said in this thread when Hearts beat Celtic less than a month ago to open up a large gap that (much to my chagrin) they'd probably end up being overhauled.  Such is the gravity that pulls on non OF clubs at the top of the league.

Didn't think the gap would be erroded so quickly.

I imagine Hearts will dip into the transfer market in January if getting the title feels realistic.

Maybe a few players from Brighton

The league is extremely poor in quality and one of the worst in the continent. Right now even leagues like the Cypriot one are considered more competitive in Europe. The anomaly of the national team qualifying for the World Cup doesn't change the above facts.

Have enjoyed Sky's Simon Thomas failing to pronounce the place names in the Scottish Cup.   Orkinleck, Kammylon and Trann'nt.

Surprised Boydy hasn't put him right.

Tempted by a trip up to Scotland for a couple of their cup games the weekend we've got Cov away. I'd imagine the ticket price of that would cover two games up there.

Pick of the draw is Dunf v hibs, and Hearts v Falkirk.

Hearts and Celtic level on points, with Celtic having a game in hand.

They play each other on Sunday.

I think it's already over and has been for a few weeks.

Hearts have chucked away a massive lead at the top and won only one game in the league since they beat Celtic at the end of October.

Even a Jambo optimist would have to say that if Celtic win on Sunday, the league title push is probably over.
