2.2bn tonnes of titanium is apparently worth at a conservative guess over £300bn!

obviously there is funding and costs associated with obtaining it but surely the current market cap of £306m and share price of 47p are way way below the potential. Get the feeling it could just pop any day.

funny the price had a little jump the day before the MRE so obviously news had spread, was tempted to sell but kept it oh well

What did it get to on Monday just short of 60p? I think in the long run you’ll be glad you held.

It probably made sense for those who bought at single digits to cash out but my average is

around 25p and while it may take a while I think there’s a lot more upside to come.

I certainly don’t see it not surpassing £1 but even then I think that’s conservative. Comparable to similar stocks it looks ridiculously cheap!

Guys a question, i ha e a rental property not making much money, long term tenant, its making less than 5% yield.  Sell or keep.

Days of owning rentals are a bit dead, I'd say cash in and put the money where you can achieve a better yield (plenty at more than 5%). Not sure on your capital gains position and how long you've held it but also something to consider. There are plenty of ways to make money without the faff of owning property.

Have you been upping the rent in increments each year?

Yeah, I was hoping it would hit that mark by the end of the year but it looks like it will take a lot more time.

I've said in here before I'm in a similar situation and just sit on them.  I've been thinking of selling ours, but I'm fairly convinced we're in a bit of a tech bubble and there's lots of be said of a reasonably stable asset given the silliness of the market currently.

The tenants an arse aswell

If you have substantial money invested may be wise to sell up and buy another with higher returns, ideally one that needs doing up so perhaps you could take out some money after. I think you’ll thank yourself later

and an arsey tenant constantly phoning you makes it not so passive. Is it the property that’s the issue or the tenant truthfully? My Dad now buys and strips out the properties completely and puts everything in new, doesn’t get any phone calls and properties increase in value considerably. Not always possible depending on what you’re comfortable investing but it’s a thought.

I was thinking i would do the house up with the tenants in and yhen kick them out.  But i was told Rachel Reeves in november would make it difficult.

I'm currently about to sell mine. Have redone it all through after the last tenant left. The changes coming in April 26 are just not worth it imo.

As others have said diversification is good for the portfolio so you could look into selling and then part reinvesting into a REIT or similar vehicle so you keep with property for part of your investments. You could then split the rest off into other investments with potential higher returns, but possibly also more risk.

Best of luck mate

Everything in the red today - hold on tight this could be the dip we were promised after a massive surge of late.

Genuine question did Lako rug pull people on here with EEE? lol

I know you are jesting, but he recommended it that early that even with the current dip you'd have invested at roughly 7p (rough date of his initial post about it) and currently up over 500%.

Of course these are rough numbers, but if we'd have all listened earlier then even the current dips wouldn't really be bothering you too much!

He told people about it at 9p, even with the dips its at 42p right now, if my maths is correct thats a 33p gain from each share at its lowest in weeks. No one is forced to invest, do your own research and if you want to take the risk, take the risk. I dont understand how people are constantly throwing his name through the mud when at every point through this stock it has proven to be what they say it is and has made people money. Your's and others posts completely defers people recommending/giving their perspectives on stocks and their intrests. I came into this thread to get others perspectives, other idea's and then do my own research into whether thats right for me.

If you don't have anything valueable to say, stop trying to get your post count up and leave the thread

Think he was joking and nobody is pulling Lako's name through the mud.  I own zero of these shares so will only share my view that whilst people should be doing their research, the behaviour of this particular stock has more to do with market makers and people's trading behaviour and not the stock.  I made a joke earlier that it's a meme stock and I stand by that whilst also wishing everyone else with actual shares to make a f**king fortune!

Yeah I'm joking of course. I thought earlier this week the dip was strange given their annoucement.
