Always liked him. 

 

Ability wise he is probably no better than Praet but his style makes him a much more suitable backup to Maddison and Tielemans. More like for like.

..it is more the leadership aspect that would sway a move for him!!!

We are so short of someone to drive the team and pull people in line, if we are looking for a left footed right winger to enhance this team, then we also need a leader.

Could be but if there's any truth to the rumour Praet is away then it would make sense to me.

Agree with this. The two players in our squad at the moment I think would be a success in the EPL would be McGregor and Edouard, the rest would struggle. I think Frimpong will be good enough in time but not quite yet.

Tbf the standard cannot be very good if you believe in co-efficient formulae .   UEFA rate the SPL below the Austrian Bundesliga and I have seen a hell of a lot of Austrian Football.  

 

The price tag and age of McGregor is not where we should be shopping.

I think that's Edouard. I know what you mean I read the headline this morning and thought the same thing, but when you read the article it talks about Edouards 40m price tag.

This guy wont hack the pl. He is a championship midfielder.  Congerton knows his agent.  I wonder what the record is for the same guy taking the same player on to new clubs is?
