Garth oh Garth. What planet are you!? Probably a spursy one.

We deserved atleast 3 players in this week for the result of the season so far.

Best try and ignore some so-called pundits!

Vardy and Mendy in Shearer's.

Vardy on the right of a front 3. Fvck off Shearer, number 9 down the middle. He wouldn't put himself in that position.

I think Crooks just forgot we played at the weekend. Not one player in!

I think Fofana could've been in with a shout, but don't think any individuals particularly stiod out otherwise. Mendy at a push.

Crooks just puts in big name players or players who scored a goal, in weird formations so without looking at his team I would guess it would be:

Mendy

TAA Maguire Silva Ward Prowse (in a weird lb role because he needs to squeeze him in)

Foden Antonio Jota

Bamford Firmino Zaha

Vardy perhaps for how he changed the game. Did more than Kane :dunno:

Yes it is the most important part of the week to be honest. More important than the actual game and 3 pts gained.

PL TOTW GW7

Leicester produced arguably the most impressive result of the gameweek with a four-goal show at Elland Road, but at the other end they were indebted to Kasper Schmeichel, who made three saves - including two fine ones to deny Patrick Bamford - to beat Sheffield United's Aaron Ramsdale to the gloves in this XI.

Jamie Vardy takes the number nine spot, though, having helped himself to another goal and assist during the win at Leeds; he has now been directly involved in 13 goals from his last 12 Premier League games.

Kasper "one world class save but otherwise didn't have much else to do" Schmeichel and Jonny "good but not as good as Fofana against Wolves" Evans are in Garth Crooks' Team of the Week.

Jonny Evans: Even for a player who has been around as long as Jonny Evans has, this was still a very challenging game against a very dangerous Wolves side.

The Northern Ireland centre-back found himself constantly in the middle of the action especially defending set plays.

There was even one stage where it was thought he might be suffering from a recurrence of the back injury that had kept him out earlier in the season. Fortunately for his manager, Brendan Rodgers, the Foxes captain saw the game out, albeit a little battered and bruised.

Did you know? Evans won six of his seven duels against Wolves, including all four in the air. No player won a higher percentage.

Unreal isn't it.

Almost as if he doesn't watch our games....

How did Henderson get in a team of the week? lol

Garth Crooks is phoning it in.

He's absolutely out-Garthed himself this week.

So Konsa gets in on the basis that he listened to his keeper, didn't score an own goal and because he shepherded a midget away from goal....he's the new Franco Baresi.

Picks Henderson because he figures that they'd have lost without him but can't actually pinpoint one single thing to back that up.

Picks a striker who, by his own admission, didn't actually manage a single shot in the game.

Only Vardy in Crooks' this week but in the bit where you can choose your own team, there's no Schmeichel lol :dunno:

What is even more baffling is that Lloris is there, as well as Leeds' keeper who conceded 6... lol

In his defense, he's looking at two game weeks for this week's team. Given the mistake by Schmeichel and allround subpar performances against Everton, there is an argument to choose others above our players.

But yes, he seems to be allergic to Justin and how Ndidi didn't make it is a bit odd, given how decent he played out of position against Everton and bossed Spurs.
