Bought on once to see if they were worth the money.

Spoiler. They are not.

Saw Tony Woodcock in Hampstead today. Apparently he lives there.

Being a good Leicester fan I wanted to troll him by telling him how much I liked Led Zeppelin, but chickened out.

When and how did dressing like a total slob on planes become normalised. I find it’s not generation dependant either, Gen x’ers who sole purpose for living is Instagram likes as well as baby boomers who should really be on a carnival cruise with other digestive biscuit aficionados. Dressed like slobs.

I don’t think it’s just planes.  I see plenty of people every day,  who lack a certain sartorial elegance.  People in their fifties and beyond whose entire wardrobe seems to consist of a tracksuit, football top and trainers never ceases to amaze me.

What does it matter?

(For the record, I don a top hat and carry a silver topped cane when flying)

It doesn’t matter. Was just thinking whilst waiting at the departure gate I’ve got something to say, but it doesn’t warrant it’s own thread

I do that sort of observational stuff all the time, drives my wife mad.
For instance, I noticed an unusually high number of people wearing cravats whilst in London recently 😂

I tend to wear a cravat and smoking jacket when in the air myself. 😁

It’s a British disease. Especially short haul - you don’t need jogging bottoms (especially fatties who don’t jog!) and a neck pillow for an hour fifty flight

Moved away from X a few months ago to Reddit. Only stumbled on the LCFC subreddit a couple of times as I'm not really interested in engaging in football debate on that platform generally.

Oh boy, it really does seem like a KPFC, owner apologist, happy clappy set of people? Any dissenting voices get downvoted don't they?

Insane.

I’ve seen four YouTube links for Louis Theroux: The Settlers removed in the last 48 hours.

Someone somewhere doesn’t like the content 👀
If you have any interest in the illegal occupation of Palestine, you should check this out.
It’s available on BBC iPlayer apparently.

Reddit is the only social media platform I use but I stay away from any football stuff. I've stumbled across LCFC before and some of the comments are horrendous.

Mrs P is on a diet but I'm not so I have been eating different stuff, things I like.

One of the things I like is a lamb chop which I've not had for quite some time.

Went to the dreaded Morrisons to get a couple... £9!!!!

I mean FFS, £9 for supermarket standard lamb chops.

I bought 3 pork loin steaks in a pack instead for £4.

We'd got no mint sauce anyway so it's a win in some respects.

Chops are the biggest con in meat products.

A tiny little portion of meat surrounded by mostly fat and bone. Which you have to fiddle about with to cut away and end up with tiny morsels to eat.

For the same price or cheaper you can just buy a small 1kg joint of whichever meat you fancy.
