If it was red flagged straight after the crash and the race not restarted then it was possible for max would get the win

But because the safety car came out and they completed an extra lap if the race was stopped now then Perez would be given the win

I know it will look like Lewis is very very lucky,  but he has made his own luck by being in the top 3 with a less competitive car than those around  him ...  look where Bottas is.
