If squad were all healthy, where would Leicester's B-Team finish in the Prem?

Forget subs, just talking about a Leicester B-side starting 11 of:

------------------------Daka---------------------------

---------------------Iheanacho-----------------------

Thomas-------------Praet--------------Albrighton

----------------------Soumare------------------------

Justin------Soyuncu----V'gaard------Castagne

------------------------Ward---------------------------

I think, if healthy, our top-11 in the 4-1-4-1 would be:

--------------------Vardy--------------------

Barnes--------Maddison---------Perez

-----------------Tielemans-----------------

--------------------Ndidi---------------------

Bertrand---Fofana---Evans---Ricardo

---------------Schmichael------------------

Perhaps Justin and Bertrand should be switched. Same w Vardy and Daka. Maybe Iheanacho has to start, IDK. Could see some quibbles about Evans starting as well. But however you see it, would Leicester's B-side be competitive in the Prem? I think it would stay up for sure. Both sides have solid defense, quality fullbacks in the attack, I'm really not sure I wouldn't prefer the potential for scoring on the B team. Excited to see Daka get a bit more time on the field.

Whomever you would start, I feel like we should really be appreciating what appears to be unprecedented depth for the club. We just replaced four guys who barely played with four guys who will immediately compete for playing time. Plus KDH has emerged to join Justin and Thomas with their unexpected youth movement. Benkovic, Amartey, Choudhury, Mendy these are the next guys we are going to need to look at moving along in order to keep upgrading, and other than Benk, all the rest have been pretty solid when called upon, and are def good enough to play in the Prem. Mendy had a nice run of games when Ndidi was out last season, Amartey was just solid vs. Man City in a pinch, Choudhury has had some very good games against top-6 opponents, when have we ever had this sort of depth?

We are starting to get very deep. Our Fullback, Striker and Center-back depth in particular when healthy is top notch. Even midfield is getting deep. Wingers are lacking but we all know that.

                     Iverson

   Amartey Benkovic Nelson Flynn

              KDH   Hamza   Mendy

   Ghezzal      Youth Striker        Sowah

To be fair I reckon this team may be able to put up a fight as well. Would probably go down but the point is there is even more depth behind those two teams.

That team would be nailed on for relegation tbh. Zero creativity, not to mention Ghezzal is off.

This thread is filthy and rightly so with how good our squad is looking!

Yeh that really does show our strength in depth, especially with a few others missing too. Though it does highlight our lack of creativity I think. That B team would perhaps struggle to create too much. It'd be relying on Albrighton crosses and a LB paying LW.

Crying out for another winger as we all know and possible another 10, unless KDH steps into that position.

Keeping Maddison is essential this season.

Never. Nowhere near. Most of the players in your ‘b’ team would have been among our best players if they’d been around at most points in our history.

I would definitely worry about scoring goals. I think the midfield and defence is capable of survival, just but I could see a Sheffield United situation of just never scoring goals. Good job in reality we have Vardy, Iheanacho and Daka!

Exactly, our depth is so nice. Really the only positions I would have us improve on are attacking midfield and the wings.

Yes in all likelihood. I don't think they would quite be down there with the Derby or Sheff Utds. The point of it was to show there was more squad depth below those two teams. For example I think that midfield three would be capable of surviving but no doubt it's lacking in some areas. Wingers are the main problem, I had to use Flynn because Thomas was used on the wing in a previous team. Put Thomas and one of our three strikers in there and I think they stand a chance.
