Good strikers score one in three chances, yesterday was one in two, he needs a partner, nobody was close to him all game, we don’t create chances. How many has he missed this season? Vardy lived off scraps for years playing up on his own and Patson is no Vardy. We don’t get up the pitch!

But he is THE most frustrating player. Today shows he can finish and do good runs, he just just has too many brain farts and seems to lack ability on a consistent basis. 

 

On paper he should be good at this level, not many players in this league has his pace.

 

I’m far from convinced that he has genuine pace even at this level. When have we truly seen him outstrip a defender on the run? I cannot recall an occasion when I’ve thought ‘Wow look at him go’.

 

Couple this with his lack of anticipation and his lack of physicality, it’s easy to see how even average defenders keep him shackled.

Exactly this. 

 

We've all laughed occasionally at Daka's gaffs on the pitch, and can see the lack of confidence affecting him.

 

Yet he still chases and presses and doesn't give up.

 

But the reality is he is living of scraps. Or more accurately, scrap!

 

We simply don't createany chances. He's not missed any chances this year as we simply haven't created many for him.

 

And even back when we were flying under Rodgers Vardy's conversion rate to chances was exceptional, and something you thought we couldn't maintain. And has been shown as he aged and has now left.

He’ll e gone in the next two weeks. His last game likely Derby. 
 

Most players off by the 07 December 

 

Knowing our luck he’ll pickup a knock. 
 

Dread to think how Marti will setup once he’s off.

For me that's the best game I've seen him play for us in memory. 

 

He finally scored and hopefully this can be like London buses. 

 

He  looked  so well up for it too. There was 15 minutes in the second half where he was like a man possessed getting proper stuck in after some of the Stoke players resorted to shithousary. 

 

If some of the other players showed half of the fight and desire he showed yesterday, we probably wouldn't be in this position in the first place. 

 

I've been his biggest critic (quite rightly) but I'm quietly optimistic he can be the talisman we've been crying out for.
