For those slagging them off, take it you’ve never got pissed with your mates after a shit day?

Don't post it on social media when you have a large fan base still upset by that. Your boss has also called out publicly players attitudes and behaviour.  It's stupid at best but actually does make you question if what Brendan is saying has some truth.  It stinks of a lack of respect and care and time and time again it's the same bunch of players. I'm not on their backs all the time either and didn't mind the darts for example but I'm getting sick of it.  You NEVER see this from the other players.  Turning up to training this morning hungover- nice! I'd send them straight home. Hope they are not driving either.....

Wonder if Top will be there today? He didn't look happy ....

Seeing as they are in training today do you think they might have another shit day because of this stupid decision?

They are setting themselves up to fail.

Mate you sound like one of those people who defend Boris. 'Yeh but i saw two people on the bus without a mask on, how dare these rule breakers attack our dear Boris!!'

Premier league footballers are in the public eye and responsible for the mood swings of 10,000s of people who pay them millions of pounds a year. every week. Whether thats right or wrong, they are. I am not. With that comes an extra level of responsibility, its not 'only a job' despite what some pathetic comments earlier in this thread state.

Not having anyone defending this. They didn't have to go into work this morning with a bunch of Forest fans after they had completely disgraced us. They should be ashamed of themselves.

But there's context isn't there. No one would care as much if it was later this week or even the team that spanked us on national TV wasn't our closest rival that we haven't played in the best part of a decade.

Read the room ffs.

Why anyone would even defend it is beyond me. It’s clueless.

Whatever happens on the pitch, they should be able to spend their evening how ever they please. Unless they are pictured laughing at how shit they were or something along them lines. That said, it needs to be done subtly as it isn't a great look.

I’m fairness the players themselves did not post this on social media. It was Ward’s partner who did. So saying they showed a lack of respect for posting it all over social media isn’t entirely correct. As far as I can tell it’s just 2 videos on her Instagram story, nothing from the players side.

Fair play, but you are shooting at an open goal on here
