Nope, you presume wrong.

On the rare occasion I didn't have to drive I'd enjoy a few beers, a few more than my bladder can hold these days.

Multiple visits to the gents only to see the same group gathered around the watching the game on the concourse screens. I think they engage in game betting so maybe that's why.

1 of em I used to know back in the day. I think it's more than a social event for him than a football match. Damn expensive one but it's up to him/them I guess but I just don't get it.

I was pulling your leg my friend...

I'm a ST holder and I didn't go last night. Decided to watch it on the TV. Didn't fancy getting home really late.

Is that worse than leaving 10 mins before the end?

I guess it's better because you didn't block anyone's view. Judging by your profile pic you're quite a large guy.

Does not matter what sport you watch. Some will always leave early it’s impossible to stop. They have paid there money it’s up to them. But it’s dam frustrating when they keep walking in front when you are trying to watch the game

or standing at the top of the stairs for the whole of the added time +. If you're leaving early just go!

Right. I’ve finally cracked. There are a couple of blokes on my row - we’ve christened them Pinky and Perky - who routinely arrive just after kickoff, spend the last few minutes of the first half and first few of the second down on the concourse, then (naturally) leave well before the end whatever the score and whatever the time of the game.

Sitting near the aisle we have to get up during the game four times to let them through. Every game. It’s annoying to say the least.

Each to their own and all that, but I really don’t know why they bother.

Were you sat on the same row as me? Felt like i was standing for more of the game than i was sitting and it was usually the same guys going past. I just assumed they must have had the bladders of a 2 year old.

You can't control people and I guess people will do what they want for whatever reason.

I dont understand it though.  At palace away my daughter needed the toilet at about 30 mins and so i went with her.  As i was standing on the concourse (or rather, yard) waiting for her, i was fretting like mad id miss a goal. But there were a good number of people standing around having a pint......why????  It was the first time in over 30 years id left the stand during playing time and i hated it.  I suppose the plus side of being at the back at Palace is that i wouldn't have seen much of the goal if one had been scored 😂.

But the point being football isn't a cheap pastime and the assumption is we are all invested in leicester city to be at the ground.  why would you risk missing the best bit (a goal ) after paying all that money/travelling ? Ill never understand it.

Guys near me, see around 70 mins a match, coming up late after KO, going down before halftime, back late after the second KO and go early!

Madness.

Maybe but they do have screens in concourse so can see the game still and get in early for a beer or food considering you'll be lucky to get anything if going down after 40 mins.  Obviously beer needs consuming as well, and people need to get their smoke in.

So that'll explain people going before half time. Full time, people have longer journeys that may involve public transport, and or want to miss traffic etc. So that is probably main driver for people leaving before full time.

I would say this is always fine as long as you attempt to give someone else you know an opportunity to use your ST for that game IMO.

People can't go for 90 mins without a crap beer/food and a fag?

Did you pass on your ticket to give someone else a chance to go ?

I didn't go either as I live 140 miles away but sold my ticket on the resale platform. I hate seeing empty seats.

Yes - Unless you passed on or sold your ticket.
