Arsenal losing to Brighton the other day, was as good as a free pass for Notts Forest to save themselves today.  I would say Brighton have been on a one team mission to relegate us in recent weeks, but to be honest, we have been on a mission to relegate ourselves all season if truth to be told. Leeds win at West Ham tomorrow, and given that they play a demotivated, let the season finish now, Spurs at home last game, then even if by some miracle we win our last 2 games (not going to happen) we will still be relegated, and thoroughly deserved it will be too!

Worst thing is Everton are only 3 points ahead of us so it drags on to the last day no matter what.

Not if Leeds win tomorrow (and we inevitably lose)

So if Leeds win tomorrow and we lose...that's it right?

Unfortunately not. Unless Newcastle put over 10 past us.

edit - it is it, my brains scrambled

Look what a bit of fight and defensive solidity can do.

Last time we defended as well as Forest did today was fvcking November.

West Ham are now safe, we are down when Leeds win tomorrow

Not so. You are assuming we will lose at Newcastle on Monday.

If Leeds win we cant catch them if we lose - they are in 31 points. If they draw we go to the final day.

You know their manager? The guy who looks like his Mother just died every day of his life? There were discussions then about whether he should just resign because he was obviously above his level. Turns out he wasn't.

They'll still go down next season though.

Let's just get it over and done with tomorrow. Personally I'd rather Everton were relegated than Leeds. But that doesn't look too likely.

Yes. To get to the stage where we are losing each match and have to hope other results go our way week after week shows how hopeless we have become.

I do wonder why some people bother watching football.

If every result is already predetermined than why bother watching at all?

Go on then I'll bet you. What odds are you looking at?

I think it’s us and Everton that are going. I fancy Leeds to pick up a couple of wins in their last two games.

Father in law and brother in law are forest. I’m actually happy for them. We have been shite and deserve what’s coming. No fight, no energy, no dynamism and no heart. I’m resigned to the fact we are bollocked. Acceptance makes it hell of a lot easier.

Will be interesting to see Leeds tomorrow. West Ham are there for the taking. Its a good time to play them. At the very least Sam will sh1thouse a draw.
