I’m not convinced by either Vestergaard or Coady either in a solid defensive system.
 

I wonder if we’d be better going to a three centre back model, two holding CDMs. Tuck the two wing backs in tight and then counter with a pacy forward with long counter attacking. 

 

You’d protect the goal more, it would be ugly  and on par with Stoke and Wimbledon.

I hope it did hurt him. I hope he's gone into Ruud's office this morning and told him that he isn't qualified for the job and would like to request a transfer.

 

But he won't. He'll pick up his £40k and forget about it. Just as he has done for the last 6 years.

 

Our club is in this mess because we're not ruthless. Get rid of these absolute jokers otherwise standards will never improve.

 

If I turned up for work and consistently chucked it in, do you think anyone would feel sorry for me if I got the boot? Why is it different for these multi-millionaire footballers? Just get rid of him and all the other jokers that have no ambition in the game. They don't care and it's as simple as that.

Faes would be better with his feet and has a better relationship with the defence. I honestly don't think you're far off.

Imagine this donkey being in goal for the next three matches, be like a complete rerun of the relegation season and would not be long before players started having a go at him on the pitch again, hopefully RVN  has some sense and ditches the clown.

There are people on here who defend Rudkin from time to time. 

 

The one point they do make, which I agree with, is that while he is awful at most aspects of his job, he seems to act without accountability and wears a number of hats  - which is the fault of those above him. In other words, he's getting away with being awful.

 

Perhaps Rudkin actually genuinely believes he's doing a grand job - because no one within the business seems to challenge him. 

 

It's a bizarre situation.
