That should be the last time we see Danny Ward in a Leicester City shirt - unless, of course, we somehow decide to extend his contract. We’re certainly capable of something that daft.

F’kin hell - we’ve seen some poor decisions, but that would surely be a new low

Or if, God forbid, Mads gets injured.

Are we shot of him at the end of this season??

We should be...

Would not put it past this club to give him a new 3-4 year deal

I know he's bad, but he wasn't responsible for any of their goals tonight. I'd be far more concerned about the some of the players that were out there that play for us somewhat regularly,

3-2 or possibly 2-2 with Mads in goal tonight.

He really is stealing a living as a professional goalkeeper

Please tell us what more he could have done for their goals. No goalkeeper in the world saves the first one, he has very little chance with the second one given how close it is and how powerful the shot was, third one is a huge deflection that diverts it completely away from him, fourth they hit bar and he has to scramble and the fifth he is sold down the river by a woeful back pass.

We know he's not good enough for the level we're at, but he didn't cost us tonight.

As if you’ve reeled off a list of how he wasn’t at fault for 5 (five!) goals tonight.
I could argue with you about the 3rd, 4th and 5th goals, but the most heinous thing he did tonight was pass the chance of absolutely twatting fernandes.

Exemplified how much of a waster he is.

Fed up of seeing him involved with this great club, how he has the audacity to still claim that no1 shirt is arrogant beyond belief.

Pound for pound the worst signing this club has ever made and when he leaves it will be up there with the title win for me

If you'll really think that I'm going to make an argument against him being the worst goalkeeper we've had at premier league level, then you are badly mistaken. However, he was not the reason we conceded five goals tonight. That is a sorry indictment of the rest of the team.

He was part of the reason, like I say I cba arguing and scrutinising every single detail but he should absolutely be doing better for 3, 4 and 5

As much as Ward is poor I have to agree with others. He couldn’t have done anything about any of the goals tonight. I’ve played in goal at a reasonable level to be satisfied with the fact that he couldn’t of done a lot.

I’m not arguing that he’s good enough he clearly isn’t. But if anyone thinks that result would have been different if Mads was in goal clearly needs to give their heads a wobble and seriously consider not having an opinion on what they know nothing about

I’m trying to remember the goals as I only saw them live….

The one that hit the post and then out he was completely static for, did nothing to position himself to stop the shot.

The poor back pass Mads / Kasper or any other decent keeper would have sprinted out to the ball and spread themselves.

He literally stands in his goal like a table football goalie it gives the attacker such a massive advantage
